Customer service is horrible. The wait is always long even when they are slow. Food is not as good as other popeyes I been to.

I went here and the mic quality on the drive through was horrendous. We felt rushed while ordering and our order was still wrong. Food was good just the service made us feel un-welcomed
I haye that I keep going there every time they get my order wrong. I ordered spicy tenders and got regular and large cajun fries and got small. I hate this place and it will be the last time I go
Went late last night for dinner to use one of the coupons I got in the mail. I didn’t catch the guys name but the blonde dude at the window was very friendly and my food was great! I didn’t know you could get honey with the biscuit on the side but it made it so much better and not dry

I am rating this based on the fact it is a drive-fast food joint so the ratings should compare to the same type of place but not a restaurant.. I rarely have problems with the order and they are more efficient than the Popeye's ok Mesa which occasionally becomes very slow. We do dine-in sometimes with a 4 year old for fun and it is kept clean.
Long awaited shrimp tackle box is back usually appears around Ash Wednesday. Very good. Beignets also appeared and also very good.
Always hot and fresh. I love the chicken from Popeyes. Unfortunately the service is slow and.... Disorganized. 3 times in a row I received the wrong flavor (spicy vs original). And they've left off special requests like extra pickles. I know they're short staffed so I just leave blow it off and enjoy anyway. But if you're more particular, definitely check your order at the window.
