My wife wasn’t feeling well so I told her I would grab dinner , I decided on chicken so I stopped here and grabbed a family meal. This is what I got my kids where so discussed they decided to have a sandwich. I do not recommend the person working there clearly saw these pieces and just went ahead and said screw it they can have these. Never again will I eat at this location.
the chicken legs were smaller than a chicken wing. when your paying more than $2 for each I would expect more than 2 bites of food.
Terrible!! I went through the drive thru because its not open to the public im assuming. Waited 30 mins in the line and I spoke correctly telling the girl taking my order I wanted strips. I get to the window and ask for sauces because they didnt. She gives me a handful for 20 strips. I get home ready to eat and they give me 20 pieces of assorted chicken. I tried my drink and it was same color but not what I had asked for. Im livid at this point because they wont answer their phones and I can’t even get down for them to fix it so I drive back over just to wait another 30 minutes in the line. Get to the microphone and they say they’re only taking online orders. I tell them what happened and they ask me to drive to the window. Manager greets me with “Can I see the chicken?” and tells me that next time for a coupon I have to verify what I want WHICH I DID the girl even repeated it. So what I’m the problem now because y’all messed up and you’d rather defend your employees? He was extremely rude about the whole situation. Working in the food industry I know how to assist an upset customer and he did not handle it well. Fixed my ordered. little girl at the window was extremely rude as well rolled her eyes and gave so much attitude. How was this my fault? I thanked the manager and he just rolled his eyes and was like ”okay” . Terrible experience definitely not going back. Cannot stress enough how rude and annoyed the MANAGER seemed and how much attitude he gave me as well. Food was mid.
During the chicken sandwich craze of 2021, this place was moderately busy al day. Now that's its kind of died down the lines are not too long and you can get your food in a good time.service was good and employees gave the best service.
I love popeyes but this is the worst one I have been to. Believe the reviews!! my first incident they gave me old burnt biscuits that they were in the middle of throwing out when I was ordering my food at the drive thru. They also threw my fries in the bag with no actual carrier for the fries. And the second time I went they told me to pull into the parking lot but never put my order down to cook. I had to go back around the drive thru to remind them I’m still here. So I wasted 30 minutes of mine and my child’s time unfortunately. I will never come back to this establishment and the night crew really needs a different night crew because that is ridiculous my last two times have been so terrible.FIRE THE STAFF
Hours clearly state drive through closes at 10:30pm, drove up at 10:07pm all lights and signs were cut off. Questioned a staff member throwing out trash “we close at 10:30” .. all the lights are off? “ I don’t know I just work here, well I guess we’re closed ”. This location is ridiculous and drive thru closes whenever the night manager decides to. Stop wasting peoples time and just close at 10:00pm like your dine in.
Only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the service. Growing up in the deep south I can honestly say this location is the absolute worse. On multiple occasions the chicken was way over cooked in old grease. Through my meal away, I wouldn't even give the chicken to a starving dog was so bad.
I was there yesterday and spent over an hour which is kinda ridiculous for a “fast food”restaurant. Drive thru took forever and when I finally paid they told me to pull over to a parking space to wait for 2 chicken sandwiches. Other cars also waited there and no one came out with any food. The other cars eventually left since no one came out. I waited for 30 minutes and nothing. I am not sure if they just completely forgot but it’s still messed up. It would’ve been better if they told me before I paid that they didn’t have that item available at the moment so I could’ve ordered something else or left instead of having me wait for 30 minutes.
Saddest combo you can get ??♀️. I promise I didn’t touch any of the food this is exactly what I got! So disappointed. Not worth $11 at all.
I hate to leave a bad review but this Popeyes is no joking. I understand that this covid situation doesn't allow to dine in. I get it. But they can at least open the door and get there food for to go.They can say No dine. Drive through line is very very long. They locked the door at Friday evening at 6 pm. ( Are you kidding me? Like this time) When you go to drive through you should wait at least 30 min to get your food. And compare to Mc or burgerKing they are pretty slow to get things done.
