GM Alejandro has no customer service skills. Ordered family pack and side of fries. I drove up to the window and teller apologized for not having biscuits but offered jalapeños. I said no just substitute fries for biscuits. He said manager said no. I asked to speak with manager. Alejandro said no fries are an up charge. It’s not my fault you ran out of biscuits. He said that’s all I can give you. So I left and seeing I was charged charged full price for meal plus fries. No discount, no apologies. It was take it or leave it. I asked for corporate number… it was a wrong number. Last time I come to Popeyes. Churches is just down the street. Go there instead.
Took my grandkids for lunch there. Two wonderful teenage girls. They had no complaints. I tried the fish sandwich. Super spicy! I like that! But I won't order it again. Ill stick to the chicken.

Food was ok, as usual my order was not exactly as ordered; however, the manager brought my food to my vehicle due to the wait for entrees and he was helpful. The order was still incomplete but he tried considering the amount of customers using this facility.
Really good food but remember to always check the order because they always forget to put something on the bag from your order.
I had a pretty rough day today. I decided to go through the drive-thru at Popeyes and pick up some chicken. The people working the drive-thru were so polite and kind. The service was also very fast. I think I got through the line in less than two minutes. It helped make my evening a little better. Thank you.
Ordered a chicken sandwich which was delicious but the drink was rancid. I ordered the homemade lemonade, got home and it had started to bubble at the top. It also had a bad smell. I tried calling several times to let them know it was bad but no answer. DON'T ORDER THE HOMEMADE LEMONADE. Someone is going to get sick.
Store hours are from 10am to 10:00pm yet at 8pm the lights are all off outside and even the open sign is turned off, drive thru menu was also all blacked out and no one greeted us at the speaker. We let the employees know and they didn’t seem to care. I understand people want to go home early but closing shop 2hrs ahead of schedule is ridiculous.
It was a bit of a wait but that’s understandable considering the shortage. Food was great and staff was super nice.
I was so Surprised! I can actually say I had never had a spicy chicken sandwich combo from there but I got one. I ordered a regular sandwich, got to the window (I was actually ordering 3 combo meals, 2 spicy and 1 reg.) I was told at that time they only had spicy available and was given the choice to wait or take 3 spicy. I took all three spicy, only because I was late picking up.my husband and he loves these anyway. So eating this on the way upon my very first bite, I was like WOW this is really great! So, I must say I was impressed I was expecting a little flat compressed chicken patty with some kinda red sauce on it but it was actually like a huge, all white, juicy chunk a chicken that made my mouth smile! It was all FRESH too. Yum!
