I had order my food and the manager refused to give me my food, and started cussing me out.

Dear Popeyes-It amazes me that a restaurant chain can be in business this long given that the customer service is poor! Over the years, I have visited several different Popeyes in different cities and states. While the food is good (for the most part) the CUSTOMER SERVICE is very poor! I have experienced rude employees, employees that appear to not know what specials they are offering (even when a huge poster is displayed in the store window!). These comments include management staff. In the last week, I visited Store #10869 twice and received the same poor customer service both times. Suffice it to say that I will not be returning to any Popeyes in the future. My visit on 12 Feb 2022 was the straw that broke the camel's back. I placed an order via the mobile app for a "curbside" pick up (#1020021, store 3 10869). When I arrived at the store to pick up my order, there were no pick-up parking spaces marked. I asked the employee at the drive-through window and the reaction was as if I were speaking in a foreign language, this with what appeared to be some member of management standing next to the employee. After repeating a few times, the drive-through employees told me "You have to go through the drive-through lane". Then when I got to the window, this same employee tried to charge me for my order which was already paid for. Then, after some confusion on his part, the "manager" intervened and told him to get the order that was already packed. The employee then asked me what I ordered, and after explaining and showing him the receipt on my phone, he handed me the bag and stated "I guess this is it". Popeyes- YOU need to fix your customer service problem at this and many of your other stores!A Google search shows that this is not an isolated issue, but one that is typical of stores throughout the country.I honestly do not know how your restaurant can continue to stay in business with such poor customer service.

OMG! I cannot believe I just used that. It was horrible. First, there is a long line. Then I asked for one sweet tea and an unsweet. They handed them to me and I asked which is what, they said they didn't know. Ok so I drink my friend's drink to find out? WTH?! Then no straws. Told us to move up. We wait. Hand us our food and run away. We need straws. Try to go in and dinning room is closed. No one will come to the door. Have to to go walk to drive through, same dummy who does not know which tea was what, hands me 2 straws. And I have 3 drinks. Fml. I want my money back, but no one will answer the door.

$6 big box was tasty. Try sweet heat sauce! Their online menu and deals do not match what they offer at the restaurant though. Sweet tea is overly sweet, but don't forget an apple pie!

The is the worst Popeyes by far. Its sad how bad the service has gotten here. If you want chicken tenders this is not the location you want to go to. The drive thru staff acts terrible. They charged me wrong then acted like it was my fault. I've always loved Popeyes. We live close by but I will no longer visit this location. It's just overall sad.

Just went for dinner tonight. Ordered blackened tenders and they asked us to wait 5 minutes for the food. Replied it was fine. The person taking our order was replying as if they were on drugs. Got to the window and they asked us to park to wait for the food. Got home and took the first few bites of chicken and it was grossly under cooked. If this continues they can cause someone to get really sick or even die.

just went thur the drive thur today at 9:50pm Alex at the speaker box told me there not droping any fresh chicken I asked why because I wanted my food dropped fresh and he told me that there about to close and were cleaning the Fryer when I asked why would you disable the Fryer when your not even closed because me as a customer wants the food drop fresh he said with a smart mouth WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO THROUGH IT INSIDE THE MICROWAVE FOR YOU? I said excuse me? if I wanted microwave food I would cook at home I'm paying for food and I want it dropped fresh . I didn't get no food and ana the manger seemed like she didn't know what just happen when I came to the window letting her know how your employees are acting. the disrespect is so real that I can't belive peopyes allow there employees to talk to customers they way they do!

This location had the worst management and crew. They always make you wait for your food more than 20 mintues. And after all thar wait at least they could get your order right. Avoid at all cost.

This Popeyes just keeps going down hill. We were told to wait on the side after paying. 20 mins go by and we see car after car after car coming and going. I call to see if I could get the status of my order, the female on the phone says it takes 15min for the chicken to fry. I tell her it’s been 20mins and tell her the time on my receipt. We decide to wait the 10mins. 15 mins go by and still nothing. It’s been such a long time since the last time I’ve been to this Popeyes. I had high hopes but nope still a disappointment and bad service.

Did a curbside pickup of an online order. Service was a little slow, but the order was correct and the food was excellent. A bit pricey.
