Awful service! The guy at the drive through was rude and unhelpful. I work in the same field and without doubt they'd be consequences for treating a customer in such manner. There's no reason for getting upset because of a question on your specials. And to make things worse I ordered spicy chicken and got regular. Which wouldn't be a big deal because mistakes happen,(trust me I understand) but due to his character, it just makes me think he did it purposely.
i ordered a regular chicken sandwich and the guy who was not polite at all kept saying spicy sandwich so i raised my voice a bit higher keep in mind i’ve repeated my order 5 times already and he finally acknowledged that i wanted a regular chicken sandwich when i finally payed and got home it was a spicy sandwich i think this was purposely done cause the cook has a attitude problem ill never come back to this bs location not till the people who work there actually start caring about their jobs, how embarrassing

Only God knows what happened to the size and quantity of things but nowadays things are getting smaller and things are getting more expensive this makes no sense! Here's a picture for example we got drumsticks here from Popeye's and they gave us chicken wings Man come on really! If you go to Churches they give you a giant drumstick over here at Popeyes they're giving you chicken wings for drumsticks! SMH ?♂️
They're spicy chicken is delicious!!! I luv their red beans and rice also!!! The staff and management are AWESOME!!!
I wasn't really upset about the slow service but what really got me was the quality of my food and i didn't get the correct stuff. To start I ordered a large sprite and was given a medium coke when I brought issue up the window was shut in my face. Secondly I ordered spicy chicken and was givin mild instead. And to top it all off I ordered Mac and cheese and it was anything but good. It tasted like plastic and was like they stuck it in one of the cups and microwaved it. This is truly one of my worst experiences at a fast food restaurant
Great customer service and they serve spicy chicken sandwich with a good sized piece of chicken.
Food was delicious as usual ? But it was right after word so the line was long.
They had the dine in area closed off because Covid. The staff was was quick and speedy with service in the drive thru. There was. Line when I got there but the line moves real quick!
Not as good as Church's. B this chicken was dry AGAIN, both spicy and mild.
