Bad experience. Don't use the app. Apparently the app and store don't work on the same system. My order some how got messed up and if it wasn't for me noticing I was going to be over charged for lunch. The staff after several back and forth and showing my phone and what was wrong was going to let me go with just the receipt and number to corporate. They have a 3 instead of a 1 star because they decided to atleast try to make it better by giving me an extra meal. But still upset over the time waisted having to prove why they were charging me incorrectly and still being told that I was wrong.
I’ve been craving Popeyes for a week now. And this location satisfied my craving. The wait was a little longer than usual but the food was hot and fresh as always.
Used to go all the time... Last time we used the drive thru and were told to wait in the parking lot and that "just the biscuits" were still in the works. Well, we waited half an hour until we got concerned that it was almost closing time and we didn't even get a receipt. I walked into the store to find a bunch of teenagers fooling around with music blasting... No one even noticed I was there, I had to yell for a while for someone to help. They didn't have the order, so I had to ask for a refund... I had to ask multiple times because the employees clearly didn't know what to do. Very poor service and awful experience... Not to mention that menu items are often not available (this one time they could only do the chicken "half and half") and the back door next to the drive thru always reeks of employees smoking. It's a shame because we live nearby and would go relatively often but we now avoid it completely... Guess it's healthier so that's good?
Truly awful and terrible experience, I kid you not, this is the first time I have ever experienced such a thing with customer service. A teen girl took my order and my payment, only to first get my change incorrectly. We then waited 10 minutes for our other order only for her to ask what we needed, which was for a order we never got. She gave me and my entire family a hard time saying she gave us all the order which is not true. She then says "let me check " and proceeds to go in the back and leave me and my family waiting until their closing time, in which a totally different employee gave us our meal. I have my girlfriend record the entire experience and will be taking this to corporate, completely ridiculous. I asked for the names of all the employees and none of them wanted to give their names and I have it in video. TERRIBLE! I am always nice to everyone, and even still kept my composure with these teens!
This popeyes has never disappointed me. I have ordered drive-thru, carry out, dine in and even delivery and never have I had an issue on my orders. And the food? Well, it has been amazing. I may be biased since I like Popeyes chicken better than other chicken from other fast food, but it's something about this location in particular that always seems to make it right. Good job to the crew and management.
Every time I come to this location they mess up my order in the smallest way.I ask for a Large drink with no ice, they give me either a small drink or put ice in it. I ask for Spicy, they give me regular. Its like every time I go they fix the last mistake, but mess it up in a different way.Not once. Not twice. But every time.
Worst customer service. Got my order wrong twice even the drink. I decided to just refund my money. Needs better management and better staff
Popeye's is the best chicken in town been coming here since I was small would recommend to everyone friendly employees always feel welcomed and prices are great , food is delicious ??
I love popeyes food but what in the hell is going on why are they locking their lobby i cannot go through the drive through while im working in a right hand drive vehicle!!!
No structure and the "supervisor" does a horrible job manning her team. I went for my online order today at 4 pm and the Popeye's team was lost and a mess.Horrible customer service today..thumbs down ?
