Love the tasty chicken my favorite. Staff is friendly and helpful. But yes you have to check your order before you leave, even if they tie your bag. But that's everywhere in El Paso. One thing I did notice is NO masks. And only one employee wearing gloves. The cook kept wiping his sweaty forehead.But it's your choice.
Best tasting grilled chicken from a chain by far!!!! I do not feel bad whatsoever about this fast food. Rice and charro beans are good too. They have 2 whole chicken specials during the week Tue Wed and Thu I believe.
The Fuze tea was bad. I brought it up to the attention of the employees after nearly puking my guts out in the restroom, (which was dirty) and the head of the staff told me it just needed sugar. I told him it had clearly gone bad and he took me to the back which smelled worse than the tea. It was dirty, unorganized and needed a lot of work. I am surprised they passed inspection. I will not be returning again. Save yourself some time and skip this dumpster.
For the amount of cash I had to dole out the pieces of chicken were very small. I don't think they use chicken it's more like dove size pieces. It was rediciulous for a one person serving. Spar your cash and don't go.
I enjoy the chicken from this play. Great taste, good prices, very good people. I do recommend this place, especially with the prices in food nowadays.
The new location at El Paso- West on Doniphan closes at 9PM. I drove up to the drive thru and no one came on. I drove up to the window and the employee made eye-contact with me then walked away. There was another car in the drive thru line behind me. They got the same poor experience. Please update your hours of operation if 9PM is incorrect.
Great food with the way they cook their chicken and the charro beans, rice with tortillas or corn tortillas are really good. Great food I recommend this place. I give it 4 and half stars
The worst place they are often forgetting things when you ordered them, They don't take responsibility for the business I'm not sure if the owners are even aware of the type of employees that they have.As business owners we understand the importance of customer service to build a long term business relationship.None of the individuals working there take responsibility for their mistakes, I'm sure that they don't have a clear concept of how difficult can be for the owners to keep losing customers due to the employees .
The food is delicious ? had a full chicken, charro beans and macaroni salad . It was all good.
Food is delicious and the service is great.... I recommend this place highly....
