i love this location! this recent time i visited pokeworks, i was helped by a nice young lady who recommended me a delicious signature bowl! the whole crew gave such great customer service and my bowl looked too pretty to eat!! the spams were so good and i topped off my lunch with the coco dessert which was absolutely delicious! such a clean, fun environment to relax and have a spectacular meal with friends and family served by awesome people!!
Ordered through their app at 11am to pick up my order at 12:30pm. I noticed a notification that my order was ready to be picked up by 11:30am. I am at work, I can't go pick it up. So I called them and have them put it in the fridge because I am not about to eat raw fish that has been sitting out for an hour. I asked the employees and they told me that they make the orders as soon as they come in because that's what their manager said to do so. I understand having it ready 15-20 before pick up time, but they started making it and hour and a half before pick up time. So if at 10am you place an order to be picked up by 3pm, just know your order is gonna be made at 10am. And if you have ever saved left over poke, you know what happens to the rice once it starts getting old and cold. Not very appealing.
Came here once and probably will not again, it was okay however it was fairly early before closing and they really didn’t have much of a variety and were almost out of everything. I’m sure this place is okay but we did not enjoy our food as we were not able to get what we wanted, we were only able to get what was left and for it being fairly pricey.
Horrible experience, server looked extremely disinterested!!! Portions of protein were extremely small. Was told that one of the items were not ready at the moment (spam musubi) so we could not purchase it. Had to ask for the combo multiple times, server seemed determined to finish the sale and get us out of the way. Server was then condescending when she told me that it’s called Siracha Aoli and not spicy mayo lol. We asked for extra sauces on the side WAS EVEN CHARGED FOR THEM, just to be told that one of the sauces wasn’t in the bottle to be served (it was clearly in the window still in the beverage container). Horrible service just don’t go guys let that place close and open something else.. what a waste of a once good place… beware of employees that don’t want to work and have no sense of customer service or ambition to do what they are being paid to do.

Very disappointed with the employees, I’ve been there several times to ask for the pressed sushi and all the times they say they don’t have it and that they don’t have the ingredients to make it. It is kind of weird that they tell me that don’t have the ingredients to make it, but insists if I want a bowl that would have pretty much the same.
We come here since it opened, but it's gone down the drain.. ordered 2 burritos..when we got there to pick up, the guy tells us he had to make us bowls because they were out of sheets and that he tried calling us but system was down ( its the second time that happens to us) so we take the bowls , the guy looked sorry and obviously not his fault. But then we get home, one of our bowls was missing 2 ingredients. And it looked sloppy and it was a very small amount of food. Not sure i would go again and it sucks, we have enjoyed this place alot before. We drive a good distance and it was definitely not worth it
Destiny was super nice and helpful. I asked about gluten free protein options and she made sure that everything I ordered for my son was GF. Food was very good.
You get a large with 3 proteins. And they looks all small. They so shysty with there toppings. They put very little toppings. They scammed you. You ask them to put more and they said they ain’t aloud lol. I been to other poke bowl and there you get what you pay for. Here you get less. What you pay for !!
