If I could leave 0 stars I would. When my husband and I first walked in the two females working were on their phones and ignored us. Secondly my husband ordered a number 3 and the employee didn't know how to make it. I specifically asked to have my scallops seared and she blatantly ignored my request and continued to make my food. When my husband asked for a certain sauce they said we no longer have that... Okay then why is it on the board. On top of all that when I corrected her she just stared at me and still had me pay for something I didnt ask for. Lastly the seats and tables had food residue and were disgusting. I will never return and advise no one else to come as well as you will not get what you asked for.

My family and I used to love this place but sadly it’s gone downhill. Today was officially our last time ordering from this place. Asked for medium sauce and it was drenched to the point I could only eat so much. 33 dollars for two bowls that couldn’t be eaten. No customer service present at pick up. We just recommended this place to others yesterday but unfortunately have to tell them otherwise. Try another poke place.

Terrible service. I come here all the time and today’s service was the worst. The guy who made my bowl didn’t care and didn’t even ask me how much sauce to put in there. Fine, not a big deal about not asking me how much sauce. After you pour the sauce in there, I KNOW youre supposed to mix it. He didn’t and I asked him to mix it. He gave me the nastiest look as if saying “You’re seriously gonna make me do this?” It’s part of the process. He grabbed a spoon and started mixing it. Like a milkshake. Instead of using a metal bow. Made a huge mess. Finished putting the rest of the bowl and threw it on the counter. I held Pokeworks in high regards. Not anymore. I’ve read other 1 star reviews and they’re all about the same guy.

We love Poke works and will continue coming back. Fresh fish, great toppings, and generous portions. Kids love it!!! Also, love the addition of rolls and Spam Musubi.

they didn’t tell anyone that they only took cash until after we had already gone through the line and made custom bowls… there were 2 other ordered apparently left also from previous customers not being told… communication pls let us know when we come in if you only take cash. the food was good but having to rush to get cash was bothersome

Ordered online tonight and it was a disaster. One of our bowls was missing half the ingredients it was supposed to have, and had an additional ingredient it was not supposed to have. The musubi was not available, which happens. But rather than telling us when we went to pick up the order, they just put a gift card in the bag without saying anything. An expired gift card. What was supposed to be the Pressed California Roll is what is in the photo. The customer service was non-existent when picking up the order. The food we did receive was decent, but not nearly worth ever trying to order from here again. Pretty laughable overall.

I'm visiting from out of state and I've done a pick up order 3 seperate times all online. First two times were spot on, on our last pick up we had an order mix up and things missing. However, when called they quickly fixed our issue and I appreciate them taking the time to do so. The bowls were great and fresh for the price, I wish we had these in Florida! I think with staff shortages everywhere just have to be a little more patient.

The food is delicious! The staff can be a little short and snooty (depending on who is there) but the food makes up for it!

I come regularly but this past visit will probably be my last. The young man who prepared my order, who obviously wished he could be anywhere else but there, barely said a word and when he did made it difficult to hear because he was mumbling. He didn’t even mix in the sauce with the food as they normally do. When it came time to pay he never asked if I wanted anything to drink, and when I told him that I wanted to add a bottle of water to my order he rolled his eyes and begrudgingly accepted. To top it off, the tuna in my meal was rubbery and tasteless, probably because it wasn’t blended with the sauce. I understand working in food service can be tedious and thankless, but this was pretty egregious.

Good, but I wish they'd go back to the old menu.
