This place was great! The taste was amazing and they loaded up the bowl! I even added an extra protein! It was comfortable to sit in, not too cold and not too hot. They had a large selection to choose from or you can just make your own. So if you want fish then just add fish… they make it right in front of you as well and the chefs were nice! Their boba is super as well.
I usually don't find myself on the Westside utep area much but for the past few Sundays after work I'd make the trip here to have poke. I usually have a good experience,hence the 2 stars, but after this last time I don't think I'll be back. I normally order a bowl w the salmon and tuna, just to open my "poke" bowl and find that they gave me my bowl with absolutely no fish. Sad I have to write this review.
The star is for the food, not the service. The employees, especially one particular girl, is very hostile towards the other employees and customers. Our work team tends to have a tradition of going each Wednesday, and every time we go we leave with a bad taste of customer service. As frequent customers, we thought the girl was just having a bad day but apparently her attitude and poor treatment does not fade away. Sadly, we will not be returning.
They require to wear facemask and they dont even provide it for their costumers denying service
This was my favorite place to eat, I pay 15.10 dollars por the 3 scoop bowl the price was not a problem before because the size and the food portion was worth it, now i have half an empty bowl, without my 3rd scoop that was supposed to be spicy salmon! Im never going back to poke3.
One of the workers was there with her head down on a table sleeping, the girl who helped me was very helpful. I did end up getting food poisoning so I’m almost positive they aren’t claiming and disinfecting counters the way they are supposed to or cleaning the fish the way it’s supposed to be
Good place for a healthy food
Easily one of the worst poke bowls I've ever had, not to mention I got food poisoning from it. Fish was very low quality, the crab salad was pathetic and the sushi rice was just plain sticky rice with no vinegar whatsoever. Service was also very poor.
No tofu. About 7 different kinds animal meat & seafood, but not any tofu at all. Not going back.
I love Poke. Fast service friendly service.
