The food is good. The environment is chilled and enjoyably. Try the ribs!
The mango-habanero wings are great... however the place is super loud ...the female customers dress like it's a strip club and it is not.....no dress code. Most of the servers are attentive and there is armed security at the door checking ID and searching some people.
Loved the people all hostess made my night better plus the lead bartender was very nice ? and helpful I'm going there every chance I get ?
I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger, with onion rings.Both burgers were not cook fully, l complained about the way the burger was giving to me.I will not eat at the location 9484 Dyer St. EL Paso Tx.

Pockets always has a lively environment. The waiters are really nice. Has many pool tables and everything is always clean.
A rude guy was cussing out the employees and they handled it like professionals. Besides that the beer is good and food is pretty good too
Need to pay more attention to the customer service, I was very disappointed with the waiter I waited for my food for 12 minutes. My food was just sitting on the counter, I had to ask someone else for my cold food. VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER....
