I'm not sure if it's sign of the times or I came in on a bad day, but some items were not available, and I was told that the combination is out of tendons. The taste and texture of the noodles and meat itself were OK, but this was the only time I've ever been served pho without basil leaves (only sprigs of cilantro and bean sprouts), and the broth was lukewarm.

I always get their Chicken Pho to go. Great potions, fast service, I highly recommend this place. The last time I had chicken pho like this was in California.

This place is the worst Pho I’ve have ever been too. I spent 56 dollars on 3 pho soups and spring’s rolls. The veggies were so old and discussing they served the sides in a bag which you can see this has been sitting in the bags for some time . There was water literally in the bag. The lettuce in the spring roll tasted so old I could not believe I just spent my money on this. I would recommend not going your chicken is served cold with a lot of fat attached still.

Ok today was my first "not great" experience here 29 April 2022. I called in and placed a order at 5:11pm. I arrived at 5:28 pm. When I arrived at the counter they couldn't find my order. I paid and the young lady asked me to wait 5 minutes, no problem. 10 minutes passed, I went back inside my order was still not ready. They ladies behind the counter were very apologetic they explained they were new and very busy. I understood, but my understanding began to waiver after I waited 40 minutes and still no Pho. The food was excellent as always but the excessive wait did kind of put a damper on my experience there today. Again, this is the first time this happened. After the young ladies up front get in the swing of things I have no doubt they will do just fine. So even though today's experience wasn't what I'm accustomed service wise I would still recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for Pho.

My favorite place to eat pho here in El Paso, the broth is so clean and delicious.

This restaurant is absolutely delicious! As a vegetarian I love the option of tofu with my meals. The tofu here is so delicious that every time I visit they are usually out or running out. ?If you’re looking for a light healthy meal as a vegetarian or vegan get the tofu spring rolls and the tofu pho. You will enjoy it and feel so healthy and energized.??

The food is delicious. This is the second day in a row I ordered. Can't wait to try more things off the menu.

Not sure how did they got a lot of good reviews. And not sure why would they have "EXPRESS" on their business name because I ordered a pho and a taro smoothie, took them almost 30 minutes for the pho to came out, and the smoothie was not ready so I asked the cashier and was told it being made. Better yet... They finally brought out the smoothie after I finished the pho. The pho taste like some garbage ramen noodles. My haft-Asian husband can make better pho than this if he have time. Definitely not recommended.

If I could give one star I would. Google maps says this place closes at 10pm on Saturday night and we showed up at 8:55pm and they were already closed. Restaurant owners were loading a van when we pulled up, got pictures of them driving away ??‍♀️ This place ISN’T open until 10pm. What a waste of time for us.

My wife loves the crispy noodles here but this place has the absolute WORST service. They supposedly close at 9pm however, if you try to place an order between 7:40p and 8:15p the kitchen is “closed”Also good luck calling in before then because they don’t answer.Tried going in tonight at 8:30p which most restaurants would still have the full menu open and was told explicitly by the cashier that they only serve soup after 8pmCouldn’t get a manager because he “left” a “few minutes ago”.I asked why the hours of operation would show different than what they service and the girl said “that’s a new sign “ yet I’ve been trying and failing to order here for over a month.I’m not one of those last minute orders.I’ve tried as soon as over 2 hours before close and they won’t answer. So over all.Good food (according to my wife because I hated the amount of ginger, but I digress)Yet their customer service is horrible. If you can’t accommodate an order over an HOUR before close then you need to re-evaluate your “open hours”FYI this is the 3rd time I’ve attempted to have my wife call the order in ahead of time as well as gradually showing up earlier and earlier from my latest at 8:40 down to 8:15p
