The waitress wasnt polite had bad attitude and wasn't very friendly. We saw her about three times the entire visit she didn't keep up with drink refills and took about 10 minutes to bring the chili paste, I had to get up to ask for sugar because the table didn't have sugar for the ice tea. It took about an hour and a half for the food to be brought to the table and everything was completely cold then took another 30 minutes for the food to be brought out again. The dining area wasn't even full for everything to be that backed up. The food was amazing but the overall experience leaves a bad taste in your mouth.
Disappointing because this place used to be good.Orderd the Banh sandwich, they ran n out of bread. Ordered the Pho and about 1/3 of the broth was heavy oil and had to throw it away (waste of money)Last time they messed up our order and were out of lumpia (twice already)Just seems the quality and reliability have been lost. Won't be ordering from express again. Was my kids favorite restaurant ?
Usually pretty good, but we had some sprouts and peppers that tasted like they were about to expire. The spring rolls were pretty tough, and the broth on the Pho was watered down compared to the original store. The beignets were BURNED to a crisp and hard like a Baggett. ALSO, there was a water spill ALL OVER the floor leading to the restrooms and what's Worse is Noone was trying to clean it. It was so slippery but the water covered the ENTIRE hallway. Putting a yellow caution sign doesn't fix the issue. Customers are still going to need to use the restroom. CLEAN YOUR STORE!
Ordered the pho. Noodles were uncooked, they gave me small disposable plastic spoon for soup , telling me that they don't have soup spoons. Server never checked us , no water filled, no napkins, no fork. Reataurant was not that busyOnly one chopstic and plastic spoon were provided. Didn't like the service at all.
DASHERS AND DOORDASH CUSTOMERS BEWARE. They set the estimated time for your order far too early. The order I was picking up was supposed to be ready at 9, and I got there just before then. They told me the order would take maybe 10-15 minutes and I have been here for half an hour. A dashers time is quite literally their money, either set a correct estimate when you initially confirm the order or be straight up about the extended wait so dashers don’t lose money. This is incredibly unprofessional.
I haven’t been in awhile before today. I’m not sure what is happening but I waited for almost 30 minutes for my to go order which was literally just pho and lumpia. By time I got home I realized they gave me shrimp pho instead of chicken pho. They didn’t include the sides that come with the pho or the sauce with the lumpia. I just brought it back for a refund because I couldn’t wait another 30 minutes for pho. It’s really sad because I use to love this place but it seems like they don’t have enough staff and service is lacking because of it. Their was only two people waiting they restaurant and they look like they were doing their best. The person hosting and taking to go orders was their weak link and it showed. I really hope service improves.
Haven’t been here in awhile got my regular pork grilled vermicelli and was disappointed. I basically got an iceberg lettuce salad with grilled pork and noodles. No more cilantro and picked veggies. Barely any cucumber and carrots. Changed the whole dish and the reason I came.
Although my coconut Boba drink was phenomenal, other areas were lacking. I tried placing an order over the phone to no avail. I understand there are shorthanded, but some people like to call in their orders, so they don't have to wait. The broth for the chicken pho was lacking flavor, but they did give hearty portion size of the chicken.
The location on Montana was so delicious! The customer service was also great. I had never had pho before and Pho Tre Bien lived up to my expectations. It was delicious! Our waitress, RUBY, was also extremely sweet and kind. I haven’t met nice waitresses in El Paso and she changed my general perspective of waiters in the city. Super sweet young lady! :)
Food is always excellent! Atmosphere is usually great, but today the staff must have been unsupervised because they were screaming in the kitchen, cursing loudly, playing loud and explicit rap music from the kitchen at the same time we have rock in the dining area. Terrible time here with a bunch of immature and unprofessional kids in the kitchen.
