So far so good! The meals I've tried are delicious and the athlete portion is filling. I went in the west side location on Sunday afternoon and was greeted by a helpful employee. He explained the ordering process, timelines, meal sizes, etc. Very helpful and kind. I will be a regular, for sure.
These prep meals actually have flavor .. not like other places I’ve gone it’s hard to eat with no taste /Flavor I recommend them I love their meals .
I went to check out the place on Zaragoza and they were closed a whole hour early.
Unfortunately you all are the most unreliable business I have ever dealt with. If it’s not you giving my food by accident to someone else, you guys are always closed. Two times I’ve come to your business in hopes to get a a shake. Once you were completely closed because you were out of food, the other you just decided to close early. Your employee was mopping and she saw me pull on the door and still ignored me. It was 20 minutes before closing. I come rushing in hopes to get you all, instead you all close early.
Love Phit Phuel! They're super helpful in offering recommendations. Food is yummy!!! Prices are great. Would recommend to anyone who wants to eat healthy and might not always know what to cook or prepare.
Was going for months, but kept having food issues. They would apologize and sometimes compensate. Found a bone chip, piece of foil, and food portions weren't always consistent either. After losing or mis-placing my pre-paid order for the third time, that was it. Had to find a different meal prep business.

Had chicken pasta. Chicken was beyond dry, had 2 very small slices of mushroom and about 20 pasta pieces.
I used to love Phit Phuel but recently the food has been bad, very dry chicken, the sauces seem different idk. what happened!!!?? it used to be so good.
Bad bad bad! Don’t waste your money like I did. Chicken was dry as hell, veggies were the scraps from whatever they had left over .. the sauces are so gross
