I preordered my food on Friday 02/25 at 5:00am. I went today to pick up my order today 02/27 and they tell him too bad so sad the cut off for ordering is Thursday. I call the phone number on his email and the lady is like well that isn't our website. She then refused to let me speak with the owner. DO NOT BUY. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY and DONT GIVE YOU YOUR MEALS. Please reference the picture below. Nothing in that screen shot says Thursday. Also there is no information on the 3- different sizes they have. Like what am I am getting with each size. This is how they rip you off more. Im sure they put the same amount of food in each one.
These prep meals actually have flavor .. not like other places I’ve gone it’s hard to eat with no taste /Flavor I recommend them I love their meals .
Perfectly decent meal and reasonably priced. Flavors are nothing to write home about but they taste fine, they’re usually out of most of their fish and steak meals. Convenience is the best aspect of this place, full meal ready in 2 minutes, decent flavor, and all have protein bases so you likely won’t be hungry until your next meal.
I called at 4:30 on a Friday to all locations in El Paso and nobody answered except for this one. Girl told me they were closed and I was glad she at least answered. On their website their hours are wrong. I’m not sure what they are so if someone could please update.Aside from that I hear their meals are really good. My sister eats them for lunch and has lost a lot of weight. I just ordered mine for this week.
Yummy ?Decided to try this meal prep service and it was pretty good. They are priced reasonably and the food is delicious.I love that they offer a discount to first responders.I will for sure be back : )
They never open on time, never have none of the things they advertise as far as the food, fruits, even cups if you know you sell smoothies have your things ready to go for customers so they can start the day. This location never has anything!
Unfortunately you all are the most unreliable business I have ever dealt with. If it’s not you giving my food by accident to someone else, you guys are always closed. Two times I’ve come to your business in hopes to get a a shake. Once you were completely closed because you were out of food, the other you just decided to close early. Your employee was mopping and she saw me pull on the door and still ignored me. It was 20 minutes before closing. I come rushing in hopes to get you all, instead you all close early.
Customer Service was great. Guy is friendly and answered questions of concern.
Was going for months, but kept having food issues. They would apologize and sometimes compensate. Found a bone chip, piece of foil, and food portions weren't always consistent either. After losing or mis-placing my pre-paid order for the third time, that was it. Had to find a different meal prep business.
Excellent Customer Service and the pre-prepped meals made my week so much easier. The meals were well balanced and tasted great!
