Customer service lacks attention. Employees where rude and careless. Giving 3 stars only because of the pizza and kid had fun. Food wise, salads are not good, lettuce taste weird, only from this location. Wings where bland and needed more cooking time. Pizza was good like always, it was the only edible item from the menu. They do have more game selection for toddlers, but we where having a lot of problems with the games eating the tokens, we had to be asking the employees for our tokens, but they seemed very bother, we felt uncomfortable keep asking for our tokens. We gave them a heads up about the games that werent working but they brushed it off and people kept adding tokens to the machines.
Had a last min party here and the staff team and managers were extremely nice. Helped out so much and the experience a great one. Will be doing parties more often at this location
The pizza was pretty good or maybe I was just hungry. I just got in town from Houston and was pretty exhausted and this was by my hotel. Some of the menu items that are displayed they do not have like the root beer float. The place was pretty big and the tables were clean. It’s about 50/50 for folks wearing masks. If you plan to play the games I would take wipes or germx because these kids wipe their noses and touch their mouth and then touch the games. Kids had fun and were able to unwind after being in the car for 13 hours. The employees were alright. I mean non of them actually made eye contact not even the girl who took our order lol she was talking to her fellow employees .when they called to pick up the pizza I had to guess because they didn’t tell you which is which. But this is all little stuff. Nothing to make a big deal about. I did hate that all the bottles of red peppers and cheese were all empty and the soda station was very dirty. Again it is what it is- I’m sure the kids make the mess.
Went to a birthday party for my nephew and the workers brought the pizzas fast fresh hot and ready to eat some delicious pizza. The All-Star game was on and right away they put it on the TV above us when we let him know right away. Me and my family had fun playing games getting prizes we enjoyed Peter Piper Pizza off the freeway I recommend that place to clean awesome workers and food is delicious thank you go Peter Piper Pizza..??
Love taking my kids here but not on a Saturday! Place gets packed!! The crew on staff does a good job keeping up with orders, definitely helped when ordering pizza to go.
Had called in my order. Was not ready at the said time. Had to wait an additional 30 to 45 minutes. At least one of the workers offered me a complimentary fountain drink while I waited. Pizza was good.
Had our grandson's 5th birthday here. Excellent service. Pizza and wings were delicious. Everyone had an awesome time.
We enjoyed our visit and pizza is not bad I think they could of add a little extra cheese when we order a custom pizza. Our toddler enjoyed the games. We bought $20 worth of tokens and that lasted us quite awhile!
The cashier charged me $20 for less tokens than was supposed to be given. When confronted tried to lie and gave correct tokens. The bus boy never came through at any time. But food was delicious. Hmmm will i recommend... maybe
This place used to be my absolute favorite. Today the food was less than satisfactory. The pizza was okay but the wings were horrible. Under cooked and the sauce was cold and tasted like old refrigerated hot sauce. Very disappointing.
