We celebrated my nephew's birthday here. They took everyone precaution for Covid while we still had a great time!The staff was wonderful and you can't beat their pizza and fun!It reminds me of Pistol Pete's from back in the day but better!Thank you to everyone there for making it special for his birthday!
Normally this place is super friendly with great customer service and today at 2: 55 pm the old man taking our order was really bothered that I was asking to change my order and then when I asked for a half a pound of wings and asked how many are there he was bothered so we just canceled it. That's some very great customer services for someone to be rolling their eyes if you don't like your job then find something else sir!
This location has the best customer service experience and the pizza is always hot and fresh! They have plenty of games and rides for younger children.

Still the greatest pizza you can find in El paso.. the sauce is great still.. they always put the right amount of cheese and don't skimp on the toppings... game prices are normal 2 tokens for most games.. always a great place to go with the family and are they are great with birthday parties for any age!! 5Stars
I went to a B-day . Food was OK. Service....Ok...but what killed it.. were the ?....both were very unkept, dirty and regardless of telling staff. The 3.5 hrs. I was there; they were not even cleaned once. Also, I ordered 1 beer pitcher, went for my allowed second one, and the lady at the counter person, was rude, disrespectful and even insulting when she told me I had already had too many pichers of beer! For 1 pitcher, I shared at a party where there were 60+ people.....1 pitcher and I had too many....I don't even drink! Totally uncalled for....this is why my family and friends will not come back ? to this franchise.

Did not say anything when we were there because we wanted to have a good time and don't like complaining but I have to say something. We did not touch these wings this is how they were served. The ones on the plate literally fell apart as I was moving them. My mom loves to come to PPP with the kids but after this we might just have to find another place. Especially since it's expensive we expect what we pay for. As we were walking out other people's wings looked great, not sure what happened to our batch. What a shame.
I liked coming here with my family........ but tonight was extremely messed up when I went back to the table for our drinks and leftover pizza that were thrown away. 6 pieces of pizza and 4 drink cups. We had all our trash at the end of the table, our pizza was against the wall in a box with our cups. Our money literally was thrown away. We will not come back again
This is our go-to pizza spot! We don't even buy any other pizza other than store bought pizza. This place is nice if you want to dine in, have parties, play arcades, etc. They have it all, and I love the pizza! The prices are decent and you get what you pay for...big slices/big pizzas decently priced. Pizza is so good that we eat here at least two or three times out the month with at least two pizzas!
