I placed and order for delivery. When it arrived, I was missing the egg rolls. I called and I was told my items would be replaced and to pick up at my most convenient time. I drove to the restaurant days after. A note was left for my incomplete order. I was made whole and then some. Unfortunately the guy at the counter somehow made it seem it was my responsibility to let the one who made the mistake to leave a note for him next time. Here’s the thing, fix the mistake and that is all. It was not my fault someone in the kitchen or the delivery guy didn’t verify the order before sending it out.
The restaurant just opened back up after a few months being closed. It seems like it’s under new ownership with different menu items. This used to be an amazing Chinese restaurant here in the area. Now it tastes like your standard mall food. The chicken was dry, the egg rolls didn’t have much texture or flavor. This was a weekly visit for me.
Gave us the wrong order went back then the food had no flavor
This used to be my favorite Chinese restaurant I would eat there 4 to 5 days a week then they closed for like 2 months to reminded but turns out new management, menu and I’m sure food isn’t the same. The girl on the phone could barely speak or take my order.
My coworkers and I eat here frequently because it's good, quick and inexpensive, but it appears to be closed because of the construction on Fort Street. Today is 12/30/2021. Call ahead!
The employees r friendly and good service
The order was waiting for me when I got there. Correct and complete. They almost undercharged me, but I caught it and insisted on paying the full amount.
Dined in with my gal and her kiddo. If the server asked if you want your beverage in bottle or fountain. You can't get refills with bottles. XD. Recommend going around their lunch special hours that usually ends by 3p. If you're running late like I was I called in ahead of time and the meals were ready within 2 mins of sitting down. Awesome service and detailed with both the cashier and the server.
Ordered the bbq pork and it must have been reheated in the microwave because it was tougher than rawhide. Wont be going back.
Fast delivery it's like they knew you were going to order out today. Food hot and fresh.
