I'm not rating it 1 star because it's bad....im rating it 1 star because I can't rate it 0 stars. Papa Eric's wasn't open at 11. There were people inside they saw us. We waited for about 10 minutes and decided to go to kikis instead.If you SAY you're open at 11..BE OPEN at 11!It didn't look like there was any kind of emergency going on and I hope everyone is ok. Some kind of explanation would have gone a long way.
My favorite food is a good cheeseburger.Someone recommended this place to me.I have had this place a handful of times because I keep thinking there is NO WAY this place could consistently be this AMAZING yet they have never failed to deliver THE BEST burgers I’ve ever had.This is my absolute favorite place to get a good old fashioned cheeseburger.It is also VERY greatly priced.If you have never been here, GO! I recommend the Diego, double meat, with some Bacon cheddar jalapeño fries.
Not knowing what to expect since there's many burger spots to choose from, my wife and I chose Papa Eric's because we wanted a different burger. Needless to say, everything was above and beyond our expectations. The beef was fresh and tasty, and the fries were pretty good too. If you're looking for a $10 combo, your tastebuds will say they're more than that. This is now our favorite burger joint, well worth the drive.
Good damn burgers!!!All burgers,all of them are great... Filling...The fries are wonderful...Sad they had no onion rings...But worth it...The whole family (5 people) enjoy them...Good job!!
I've had the Chiara burger and the Burger Melt... both are the bombs... try their chili bowl, too.. Great value, great taste, nice atmosphere!
Disappointed quite frankly. :( the past few times I've gone to papa eric's, I noticed the patty was not as delicious as always, well after inspecting my patty (yes I inspected it) i found the diced onion was not cooked IN the patty, which is what I believe has always given these burgers their special teste and which had outshined all other locally owned burgers joints (IN MY OPINION). Anyway, I notice some grilled onions but just on the burger NOT in it.Also a bit disappointed because I have tried to order on the phone several times to pick up and have not been able to get through, even after the recording says to hold and that they will be right you, and that our food is important to them! but then the call is hung up! Go figure. I just hope they go back to cooking the patty with the diced onion IN it!
If a hearty, greasy burger is what you crave, this is the place. Dine in as hot off the grill is finger-licking good!!

Worst experience ever. Placed an $80 order for pick up and didn't get what I ordered. I called back to tell them they gave me the wrong order and the woman kept arguing that that's what I had ordered. I think I know what we each wanted to eat and ordered. Instead of apologizing she had a very bad attitude. Never again.
I had the cheeseburger basket. I mixed the Ketchup with the homemade green chile for my fries! wonderful afternoon snack. I do wish they had coca cola vs Pepsi, but doesn't take away from the great food. Will be back soon!
