This location has very good customer service. The person who answered the phone, Adrian, was very helpful. I was asking about he prices to see if they were the same as Uber eats since most of the time Uber eats charges more for the individual meals than the restaurants do. He was also able to change my order to include sweet-n-sower-sauce as a side when the app would not let me add it.
If I order chicken teriyaki YES I do want teriyaki sauce otherwise you’re just giving me chicken?? if I order spring rolls YES I want the sauce that usually comes with them.Manager you need to do a better job at training your employees or simply don’t hire these birdbrain kids.
I needed food and ordered mushroom chicken. They didn't have it. Said it would be 15 minutes. At the busy time that's really stupid. Also a sign outside had a menu item they discontinued but hadn't taken the sign down. Slacking.
Ok so stopped to eat, got teriyaki chicken and orange chicken with chow main noodles. teriyaki chicken and chow main were completely flavorless and no teriyaki sauce poured on chicken. orange chicken could barely taste the orange sauce, so then asked for soy sauce to add flavor and they did not have any, but did have teriyaki sauce, but after pouring on chow main it ruined chow main! completely disappointed and felt ripped off! not the usual experience maybe cuz it was express, not sure but never coming here again!
I bought this plate and as you can see in the picture, I paid for a full prized plate and got half a portion. I called and nobody picked up and they gave me no receipt. I guess they are trying to save some money
They over charge customers on there food, plus there portions are not equal. The manager has preference on customers all the time, he give discounts if you eat there. Normally they don't have a variety of selection of food to eat. They rush you when your picking a selection. Not coming here again have to find a new location. A better place elsewhere.
Consumer be aware, it has happened too many times to be a coincidence. I have had missing items or not the correct items ordering by drive-thru . On my last visit I ordered inside, requested 2 veggie rolls, saw the server put them in the bag. Between paying and server putting the condiments in the bag the rolls got lost. I found out after getting home that the rolls were missing. Someone took them out of the bag before I left. Not the first time my family and I have rolls missing on the orders. Always check the bag before you leave or drive off.
Great and fast service, food always tastes amazing and the customer service is greatly appreciated. I come frequently and have never had a problem, love this place
This location has terrible customer service. I have gone through the drive-thru several times and they gave me the wrong order. Another time I went in to pick-up an order and asked for more soy sauce. The young lady working the register literally threw the sauce at me. They have on several occasions closed the lobby and only open the drive-thru. Even if you put in a mobile order you have to wait over 40 minutes to get your order. The corporate offices need to look into this location.
Fast service for my take out dinner. Closest to home cook food I could asked for, ordered white rice and shrimp. Good for the price ?
