Really not worth it without the grilled teriyaki, everything else has barely any chicken and somehow the grilled teriyaki is always either gone or cooking. Without the grilled teriyaki you will be eating vegetables and rice/noodles.
Food qa a bit cold and service was slow. Too much attention was paid to drive thru vs dine in customers.
Ordered on app. Went to pick up at drive through. They told me to park. 25 minutes later I call to check on status and the lady who answered was rude. I asked for manager and she said she was the manager and hung up on me. I went inside to talk to her. When she finally came to the front she came with attitude. I asked her why she hung up on me, to which. She said she she didnt and that before she did she said bye. When I told her my calls get recorded she put a surprise face and said she was not dealing with me. Her name if she was manager is Rosa. Worst experience.
tried ordering online no one reset setting called 5xs someone picks up the phone and hangs up i never leave reviews but seriously ??? ive never tried to give someone business so bad worse thing is i had 8 orders
Place was super busy. When it was finally our turn to place an order, it took awhile for someone to acknowledge us. Standing there watching them fill the drive-thru orders and not say "we will be right with you" was a little discouraging. They were redeemed when they provided a fresh batch of what we wanted. It seemed like a little disorganized. Could be because the person who appeared to be the manager was cooking? Overall, the food was fresh and tasted great.
Google says they close for dine-in at 10:00pm and we came at 9:00pm and told us only drive thru. I guess some one wants to avoid cleaning and leave early.
The food is expensive and the portions they give you are very small. Used to be a great restaurant but not anymore.
This is the third time we’ve come and didn’t get silverware with our order that requires it to eat it. Normally wouldn’t be so angry but we’re in the process of moving and don’t have silverware in our house… so yeah pretty inconvenient.

Monse was awesome. She helped my mother, a senior citizen, with the app. She was courteous respectful and patient. Monse is an asset to this establishment. We certainly will be back. Thank you Monse!
