Hands down the worst service I have ever had in my life. Wanted to order take out and was told it would be 2 hours. Understood since it was a holiday and was willing since I love the food. They promised to call when it was ready. Received the call and drove over to pick up. Get there and I am informed that it actually wasn’t ready and that they tried to call to stop me from coming. Was promised it would be out in a few minutes. 45 minutes later no food no check in nothing. Drove off and will never be back. Way to lose a customer of 30 years.
This is our favorite place to go, but recently the past two times we have gone the server was really forgetful as they seemed understaffed, the food was cold and the host seemed angry. And it’s extremely disappointing because we rush after work to hit the road so that we can make the 30-40 minute drive to enjoy the food as they close at 8pm each day confirmed by the host. Hopefully they correct this before it get out of hand
We were greeted by the hostess Anna and she took care of us right away. We really appreciate her swift handling of getting us a table ready. She does such a great job.Our waiter Sergio was very quick and although they were super busy, he brought the order out quickly and did not leave us unattended at all.Thank you Mr. Wong for the great experience at your restaurant.
Anna at the front is great! Food is good. Kitchen timing is completely lost. Had to wait 68 minutes for a soup, appetizer, general tso’s and beef and broccoli. To go. Over an hour… On Iron Chef they literally make a Michelin multi course meal in 60 minutes. Pretty simple stuff here.
Service started a little weird . There was no manager on-site. Which this is not the first time we’ve seen this but we let it slide. Have always loveeedd their oyster sauce wings. Main reason why we go. This time they were extremely horrible. Like the sauce was watered down . Zero taste. Then we ordered fried rice, rice had no flavor. The sweat dj sour chicken tasted like fish. Either they fried the chicken where they fried fish or used the same oil either way it was disgusting we had to send back . Come to find out later on that night we all ended up sick and barely today Monday feeling better. That whole dinner was weird , Paco wongs has gone down in quality tremendously. We will not be returning.
Food was absolutely amazing! I grew up going to Lai Wah Yen, this restaurant is an extension of that. It did not disappoint! Everything was delicious. Service was outstanding! Ana and Sergio were very attentive and professional!
Odd place. It is super fancy settings with menus that are worn out and taped together. Like two different owners decorated. They initially brought out two giants gravy bowls. However there was about 20oz of ketchup in one... no idea why and another one full of what tasted like Wasabi horse radish. However the server said it was mustard.The multi app thing they have was really good! They did great. My buddy ordered the curry chicken. He said all the curry flavor no heat at all. Little disappointed but he liked it. I got an orange chicken. It literally tasted like the chicken only oranges its whole life. Its bit the typical orange chicken im used to but it was good.I thought it was a bit unusual they charge 3.00 for a soda you get a bottle, better not be thirsty that could be expensive. Its good but not sure I would go back. The whole experience was weird and the food was pretty pricey for what it was. Im still scratching my head about the gravy pourers full of those sauces.

First time there and we had a Great Time. Everything was delicious.
1st time coming to Paco Wongs and what a true delight. We started with the crispy wings as an appetizer. The wings were very tasty and just the right amount of spiceness. I went on to order Lowmein with beef, shrimp and chicken and one word describes it all, delicious! I ordered mine spicy, a bit much if I can say, so mext time will be basic, no spicy here. The shrimp fried rice was also super tasty. I will definitely be back soon for round 2. Prices are very accesible too, give Paco Wongs a try and judge for yourself, you will not be dissapointed.
