When we arrived at the store we were NOT greeted upon arrival. As we approached the counter 2 gentleman were talking. I introduced myself and no response. When finally acknowledged i asked if he could split $100 bill 4 ways (no big deal) instead of just saying "No sir, we unfortunately dont accept bills larger than a 20." he sarcastically pointed to a sign of the same nature. When my shake was being made l noticed that the worker had filled up the shake to much so he held my cup inches from the trash can to dump some out. i typically didnt mind but most would find it gross. i should have called it out but it seemed like they didnt want to even be there working. i also didnt want to have them mess with any of my friends food for me complaining.i will not be returning to this mooyah for a while.
Had to wait over 10 minutes at the counter before any of the 3 employees working the grill/front even acknowledged my family's arrival.(party of 3) the menu changed and not for the better, no salad anymore. When we asked for Mooyah sauce for the shareable fries we were charged 50 cents! What used to be a courtesy now is being charged for!
I paid $30.00 for 2 hamburgers and fries that tasted like reheated. The meat was tasteless and very thin, just few chopped lettuce and believe me, I am not exaggerating. I’ll never go back again. And a side note, employees not friendly at all. If I could, I would give them 0 stars.
Ordered from here after seeing the menu on Uber Eats. Love that they have vegan, vegetarian, paleo, and keto options and gluten-free buns. Of the four burgers we ordered, only two were made correctly; however, even though the other two were missing mushrooms and pickles, the flavor was delicious. Texture of the vegan black bean patty was firm, not mushy like many places. Those who ordered shakes said they were good. Fries were just ok. All agreed that we’ll be on the lookout for Mooyah’s and hope they’ll come to our city soon.
Not too happy with this place today. We waited in line for a few min then once we got to the counter, we were ignored. We told the guys we were ready to order and they told us we have to wait till they finished fixing the orders they had in front of them before taking new orders. We stood there for several more min then decided to grab cups, get sidas, and sit while we waited. Yes we pd for the sodas with our orders. I got bacon with my burger and both the bacon and burger were burnt, to the point I could only eat a few bites. The fries were good, but the amt that was given...I would have liked more fries in that container. Maybe it was just this location, but I don't think I will go back there.
We are new in town and thought we would try this place. I ordered a meal but told the guy we wanted a shake INSTEAD of the soft drink. Usually a place may change you a buck or even two more but they said “ok, Will charge you separate for that:” so they basically wanted to charge me for the shakes separately and then not give me the soft drink with the meal that I ordered. There is no upgrading anything. It was me and my nine-year-old and my husband. My nine-year-old wanted to shake so I ended up having to order an entire meal all individually. I ordered a separate burger, a separate fries and a separate shake. By the time we were done buying two burgers and some chicken strips the bill was $41. We finally got our food after a very long wait and they had shorted us my order of fries(yeah, the one I had to order separately from my burger just so I didn’t get a soft drink I didn’t want).! I had to show them my receipt before they believed me and gave me the fries. Then I had to ask them for the shake I ordered! I payed five bucks for my sons shake and take a look at the picture of what we got. The big cup is the soft rank and the smaller cup is the shake. An adult should never order this if you want more than one or two sips of a shake for five dollars! The shake is extremely tiny! Needless to say we won’t be back. When we left, there was another lady telling our family that was in line to be aware that they had been sitting there a really long time and still hadn’t gotten their food. This place must get a ton of complaints!
My order was a pickup order. Upon arrival, I was told me my order was not ready. At the time, it was apparent, they were under staffed. I watched the cook prepare a to go order. I inquired if that was my order he said no and it was for Lupe. Because they were under staff, I waited another 20 minutes and asked again. Turns out it was my order, I initially inquired about. Upon getting home, the order was missing fries and the burgers were not made to order. It’s apparent, the Mooyah Burger located on Mesa Street is under staff and should not have opened today. They were many customers in the same position, waiting for their orders. The total cost for my was more than $40.
Food is good but cashier confused our order and gave us regular fries instead of sweet potatoe fries. They need to have a little more customer service. It was to blah and we waited at least 4 min to get greeted, they have seen us but there was no welcome to mooyah or something.
Burgers are good, but it's always filthy. Four employees standing around and nobody can clean anything. There's a highchair upside down and filth on the floor and tables
Vegan burger too cold to eat. Manager said he couldn’t offer a new one unless we paid for it. Avocado slices were so hard on Keto Burger, that we couldn’t eat them.Again, cashier and cook said they couldn’t do anything about it.We were the only people in the restaurant. Saturday evening between 6pm and 7pm.Bad experience. Not going back. Don’t waste your money.
