How did I not know about this place!?We originally were trying to get the Italian restaurant, but they were closed for their Murder Dinner Mystery Rehearsal, another surprise about this place! So we tried their Americana Diner, and their Cheeseburgers and Chili Cheese Dogs tasted amazing! It's set in a fun carnival theme traveling cart, so seating is tight, recommended for pairs or groups willing to split. One side is regular tables while the other is vintage roller coaster chairs! The food is served in Chinese Takeout boxes, which adds to the bizarre! And the bathrooms is filled with creepy clowns and a creepy mannequin prop hiding in the shadows across the toilet!I've also learned they do OUTDOOR FILMS featuring vintage horror!!! Yaaaas! So all in all, a TRUE HIDDEN GEM OF EL PASO, as this place is not set in a traditional building, but in the old neighborhoods not far from downtown.Reservations Required for Dinner Theater and Outdoor Film!I will return! Thanks!

Place was interesting and fun to see; however the food was an insult to Italian food.I ordered Pellegrino or anything sparkling water they had, waiter had to check if they even had any. He brought me carbonated water but it was actually just water.I asked for a Lemonade, and once again the water brought me water. Waitress came over asked if everything was ok, told her my lemonade was just water. She asked “are you sure?” Yes I replied, I know the difference. She said she would check. Came back and said, oh yes we are out lemonade and walk away. Didn’t apologize or ask if I wanted anything else.Ordered the Bruschetta as an appetizer (look at above picture) it was regular diced tomatoes with sprinkled parmesan cheese and watered down olive oil. Bruschetta are usually toped teardrop tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil that should have been cooked with garlic, salt and pepper. Then olive oil with balsamic vinegar dip.The salad was small. I was only provided a salad fork which I had to keep for my main meal. The main dish was the baked ragatoni. It looked good. Once I took the first bite the pasta was still not cooked right. It was not drained properly so the sauce became watery. The only thing that had flavor was the sausage within the sauce. The bread provided was only one small roll per person and it didn’t have or come with butter or garlic spread. No flavor.I wasn’t asked again if I needed refills on my fake sparkling water or lemonade. I was given my bill.Once I had to pay with cash app (only this or cash is accepted) the cashier said they bill was strong because there was a change on the meal prices. This seemed eerie that the waiter and cashier did not know the prices or changes to the menu.I’m a big Italian food person, and I feel like I wouldn’t have gotten a better meal from a frozen healthy choice meal or a airport restaurant.

awesome atmospheric and great food!

It was superb. The last time we were here was our date night on the last weekend of October. It was a dinner and a movie special with limited seating. The lasagna was extra cheesy. I recommend the sample of appetizers in case your unsure. You can tell from the mass produced corporate Italian cuisine to "from scratch homemade" that Monteleone's props up. We even ordered the bruschetta and the salad with your limited choice of dressing is a decent pairing. We were even surprised that though they ran out of Dt. Coke they had plenty of Coke Zero which is A+++ and the bread rolls....mmmmm freshly made and very limited bread rolls.....if you have some extra marinara sauce from the appetizer platter you better drown that roll in it my brotha cuz it is mmm mmm good.....(sorry Mr. Campbell). Their days of operation is Thurs-Saturday and they have a haunted motel across the street we would love to check out......and actually get to check out from. :D

I visited this place for the 1st time a few days ago. I really loved the theme of the restaurant. It was really cool and interesting. The service was good and the people were friendly. Unfortunately, I'm sorry to say that the food was not good. The food was really bland and not really fresh. From the appetizer to the 3 entres, they were all pretty much tasteless. Such a shame because the place is really cool, and I would have loved to revisit. Giving it 2 stars only because the place was so unique and the service was good.

Great Lasagna. The place it’s so cool.

Italian comfort food at its best. As good if not better than authentic Italian homemade taste. Portions are just right, where you don't leave hungry or too full. Wife had the Fettuccine Alfredo, I had the lasagna and both were delicious. Atmosphere is unique, and service is great. If you want a a down to earth place, this is it. Pleasure meeting Robert and his attention made us feel like family. Thank you very much. Think I found my new favorite place to eat.

Great Atmosphere. Food was awful. The bread was under baked and the Alfredo that I ordered needed flavor and chicken looked under cooked. Kids pizza was horrible. This place has the potential to be a great restaurant, but needs help. Wine menu was given to us in a paper towel. Silverware and plates need an upgrade. Not worth the price at all.

WOW!!!! Food is delicious, this is for sure authentic Italian food. Everything was made to order. Restroom super clean, service is on point and food finger licking good. I highly recommend this place, it's a must to visit.
