The employees are kind no doubt ,but the manager Sotelo was extremely rude. He made the trip here unpleasant. I wanted to use my rewards because I do get stuff here often and he scanned it and nothing happened. He rudely then yelled when I told him nothing happened, that I needed to open the bar code again. Don’t let the manager position get to your head I still got stuff but I was disappointed in the professionalism of the manager.
Not a good experience, took forever to get the order right due to bad comms, and people overwhelmed by the loooong line of cars (only drive thru service at this lication).All in all, the doughnuts are very tasty, and the kids enjoyed their treats, that made it worth the trip.
Family loves the flavor here.Clean and organized crew.Very helpful to your preference.
GO TO THE WEST SIDE ONE! This place sucks pretty bad as of late. Not the doughnuts. The drive thru and people who work there the last couple visits. Shame on them for not doing the basics consistently from start to finish. MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR ORDER! I'd like to request District Management take a better look at what's going on and secret shop themselves here to fix ASAP. Others I know are having the same issues with quality of service. Things are not being held to the standards I am use to experiencing here. I hope things change! I will no doubt be back.
The line was long and dining room was only open to pickup the online orders. But over all the donuts were delicious.
I'm sure they have most excellent donuts which is one food group I avoid. Only stopped by on my way to Lowe's. I'm certain they are delicious donuts....
Friendly staff and great doughnuts. Only issue is that we couldn't find the parking spot for online orders. When we did, we had to wait an extra few minutes because the drive thru line was that long.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!Not a good way to start my morning waited in line for 15 minutes did not hear the young lady over the speakerphone to order by the menu as I got to the window to place my order she told me I had to go back around to place my order since I did not do it at the menu all I was ordering was a dozen of glazed donuts super simple super fast nothing special. horrible service they need to get that girl out of the front I hate to give this place a one star but I refuse to give it anything more with the service I just received. If I didn’t promise my team Then I would get them donuts at work I would not have ordered at all. Bad for business
This is the second time i have gotten cream filled donuts with no cream. I dont know if this is a way to save money, but i am.getting fed up. Not literllyLol. making them this way they need to call them glaze
