The clerk messed up our order. We ordered 6 mini donuts but we only got 4. When I politely asked for the missing donuts, she ignored me and made us wait. My granddaughter was patiently waiting but the Clark wouldn't even acknowledge her. I went up to ask another clerk, by the name of Carlos and he ignored me as well. I then got upset and left the store without the donuts that I had paid for. I had never experienced this type of behavior from the Krispy Creams’ employees. I’m so disappointed . I guess good help is hard to come by now a days.
My order was ready on time and the staff were very friendly.

Great spot. Loved being surprised by the holiday donuts. Sometimes a little hard to get to with all the traffic but worth it in the end. Will visit again.
The doughnuts are delicious, but wait times are longer than expected. Seems they're under-staffed. Don't waste a cent on the iced coffees though. Any gas station has better tasting coffee. JS.
Took my 2 young girls inside for the first time to see the donuts coming down the conveyer belt. They were super excited to see the donuts being made then pick their own to eat. Always a neat thing!
Place is way better then the dunkin off of Red rd i recommend this place always looks clean staff is nice in and out i like that
They aight could be better on service but you get a free donut when you walk in from time to time so that makes up for it
Drive thru only for June 2021 visit. Fast and courteous service, delicious donuts!
We asked for cups of water- we were willing to pay for them- but we were told “we don’t do cups of water here”.Had to place an order for a dozen donuts and a small latte several times. Very poor management and customer service.
