We had the best time celebrating my friends birthday here on Tuesday. The staff was attentive and entertaining. The food was cooked in front of us and was fabulous. Everyone loved their food. I recommend making a reservation for a special occasion. The staff had the best service. Our food was delicious and our drinks were never empty. Everyone around us was having an amazing time too! Can't wait to celebrate more special occasions here.

Took my family for Sunday lunch. I called in for reservations the day before and we were seated right on time. For appetizer, I ordered their Kamakaze Sushi Roll. It had salmon, cream cheese, avocado, and topped with shrimp. The roll was delicious and would gladly order it again. The restaurant serves soup and salad as part of your entree. I am not sure if it was supposed to be Miso soup (see photo provided), but the broth was too clear and didn't taste like Miso soup. It was rather bland this time. For entrées, our party ordered the Filet Mignon and Calamari combo, Filet Mignon and Shrimp combo, Salmon, and Sea Bass. The filet mignon was ordered medium. It was cooked to perfection and very tasty and tender. The calamari was a bit cheewy for my taste but it was still good. Both the salmon and seabass were good, but the highlight was the filet. I highly recommend it.The service was great. The cook who prepared the food at the Hibachi table was excellent. He was very friendly and very attentive to our food preferences and requests. This is not the first time I come here. The food never disappoints and the service is good. It's a good atmosphere if you want to have a family or group gathering and they have a dine in section if you want a more private dinner experience.Their sushi selection is good and many of them pack alot of flavor. I've gone just to order sushi and always felt satisfied with my selection.

The food is delicious! The service was perfect they check on you often. Always had a full glass of water and soda! The sushi is very fresh! Short ribs are a must!!!

Wish I could give ZERO stars…. I made a reservation for 7:30 for 3 at a hibachi table. We hurried to get there from the east side and ended up being 11 minutes late. We were immediately told that after ten minutes they give the seats to someone else, which means they had only been seated for less than a minute… so they could have just told those people that the people who had a reservation showed up…. No drinks ordered to change no food order to upset…. But, no, they just told us tough luck. If I had known of this ridiculous 10 min. Policy I could have called and let them know we are almost there, but no one ever said “make sure you’re not even a little late” nothing. To make it worse the two individuals we talked to to try to explain the problem with their “policy” were VERY rude and refused to hear us speak at all! Never will I patronize their business.Food for thought…

We have been there twice now: once for hibachi and another time at a regular table. The decor is pleasant and classy enough. The food is actually quite good. We enjoyed the sushi and appetizers. The creme brulee dessert was a fail. The custard is an unattractive muddy green and the sugar layer is very thick and hard. Service was acceptable but not stellar. Hibachi chef was a pleasant gentleman, the experience lacked spectacle and awe. It was basic... The food came out good, however.

Had dinner with my daughter for Mother’s Day. Good thing I had a reservation because there was a wait when we arrived. The service was very lackluster for the occasion. Flies in the restaurant flying around our section. Our server was just “there” to do a job nothing special. I ordered the combo of New York Strip with scallops and I asked for medium and the meat was well cooked. Overall the food was okay. Not very impressed. Overpriced for the quality.

Today on 05/08/2022 I went to Koze to celebrate mother's day and when the waiter came first of all he didn't tell me his name. Second I ordered the box of shrimp and everything looked great and delicious when I started to eat the rice it was good until I got to 1/3 part of the rice it tasted different like as it was recycled. And lastly my mom wanted to return her food they said once you order it you can't return it.

Amazing sushi, atmosphere and service was great! Definitely going again!

We placed a take out order and they automatically charged us a 20% gratuity fee. I don’t feel it is right to do this, I understand that a tip is appreciated, but being charged $46 on gratuity on a take out order when I didn’t get a service is absurd. To top it off they didn’t include any silverware or even offer any help to take it to the car! They should let the customer know that they charge a 20% gratuity fee when placing a takeout order!

I don’t get the high rating. I’m beginning to believe people in El Paso don’t know good food. This place is no good. The sushi is cheap and has poor presentation. The hibachi was cooked terribly. Rice was undercooked and our steak and scallops didn’t taste good. I left a lot of food on the table. Dude said he had been cooking there for 6 years. Maybe this isn’t for you because he still can’t get a meal right.
