If you know my order, why come out and check again?I asked the window to repeat my order, because she replied with confusing messages. The order was never repeated. When arriving at the payment window I was asked if I needed 6 or 7(I ordered 6).After some time somebody came out and asked if I was waiting for 6 lattes. Well no, I ordered 6 frappes. I never drink lattes and even double checked with my co-pilot if I ordered the wrong thing. They insisted I ordered lattes, everybody heard it. If you are so sure, why do you come out and ask me what I ordered?I suggested to check the window PA. The reply was; "There is nothing wrong with the system, you ordered lattes."I asked for a refund and will not return.Dutch Bros, here we come!

Went on a Saturday afternoon to get an iced latte and had to repeat my order at the window 3 times. Then it came out a totally different drink, so I asked them to correct it. It still ended up wrong and way too sweet, but I just took it. It wasn't a complicated order-- iced vanilla latte. Disappointed with the service, especially when it's a 5 dollar drink. I always try to support the local businesses, but next time, I'll have to go across the street.

The customer service was truly atrocious. The boy who took my order kept getting distracted and kept calling me Jenny after I corrected him TWICE. I couldn't bring myself to tip him and he took the receipt and told his coworker "no tip". Hey buddies, if you worked to create a good experience instead of working for a tip-- maybe you would get a tip? Try it next time. I hope the manager reads this and gives those two kids some more training. I will not be returning or recommending this place.

Been coming here since my freshmen year at UTEP and there's no better place to get matcha. The crepes are awesome, both sweet and salty, and the coffee hits just the spot for those midterm and finals sessions. Definitely one of my favorite coffee spots in El Paso.

I love this place, the owner, or maybe the manager was very friendly and I love that they serve coffee in an actual glass coffee cup. It makes the place feel more cozy. The food options is amazing and I love that I have a wide variety of choices for the drinks as well.

This is my new absolute favorite coffee shop. The staff are so friendly and polite. The food and drinks are amazing and it’s the perfect environment to study in. They have accessible wall ports everywhere. 10/10 recommend.

Cozy little spot to get a quick bite and chill in a relaxing atmosphere. There are so many things to try! Coffee, tea, smoothies, sandwices, breakfast. Simple but done well. Will be back

Cute place with outdoor and indoor seating. Free WiFi available. They actually forgot my food at first, but made it very quickly after I inquired about the delay. Vegetarian options available!

Naturally, since Kinley’s is located right next to UTEP, there is usually a lot of people coming in and going out. I happen to like the ambience of a busy coffee shop as it helps me be productive! For that reason I like to come here to get work done. Only down side is that it isn’t too big and seating is usually limited since it’s busy. But it is busy for good reason! The food and coffee are very good! I usually get their honey latté and the green chile chicken sandwich and I love both.

Stayed in El Paso for a few days and by the second daily visit I felt like family. I was absolutely enamored and loved the mango snoothie because I hate coffee. My family members did really enjoy it. Even better was the art. Artist Terrance Flores who just recently opened an exhibition at the El Paso art museum! I fell in love with the art in the shop so i texted and called and next thing I know I'm taking almost a whole set.
