The waiter who also happened to be the cook, dropped the 4 drinks of our table. My daughter in law's pants were drenched. He never apologized, and gave us the half spilt drinks. Only the two that were completely emptied did he refill. After talking with him, because everyone makes mistakes and we're not ones to condemn over such frugal mistakes, we found out he was also a cook. So it makes sense that he lacks a bit in customer service and that he is not a typical waiter that keeps your drinks filles. Food taste and quality was great, portions were on the smaller scale however we did eat enough to satisfy our craving. The price is on the heftier side, so be ready to spend some bucks. For 4 people we paid over $150.00.
Deceiving Menu… Pay close attention. Power boil is $25.75 and King crab boil is by the 1/2LB of what you order… King crab boil doesn't have prices of each meat… it should state "price... varies" "Price… Ask".Trifecta sauce is extremely spiced up… flavor is too strong… needs more butter and less spices.I thought I ordered a $25.75 meal… ended up paying $89.
Wouldn’t recommend . This is by far the worst sea food I’ve ever had . Everything tasted old . Tasted like it was microwaved . DON’T recommend at all.
ive always been a really big fan of this place and today i felt so uncomfortable with the waitress he was not patient at all and discriminatory we were the only once there and he treated us horrible. he tried tipping himself by not returning us the change and was not patient when we tried ordering if you come here make sure you understand the menu by yourself
Could not seat our party of 5 on a table of 6 because that table is for large parties (the place was empty). Couldn’t substitute onion rings for fries even though it’s a side option on their menu (apparently they don’t have a button for that in their system). They had no sodas because they had no co2, they had no forks, they had no scissors for the boil. Servers are not people friendly. It’s a shame because the food isn’t bad
Very overpriced for what you get. King crab,shrimp and lobster boil 1 potatoe 1 half a corn on the cob: $150! Over cooked,small crab legs small lobster. Raul f. Was our server; very odd didn't seem to have any experience in serving or customer service of any kind for that matter. He decided to strike up a conversation with the table behind us and proceeded to regale them with his drinking and partying adventures in Juarez. He made them uncomfortable and they left. This a a son taking his mother out for mother's day. It wasn't even his table. All the while he's ignoring us and I was wishing we had the other server as our server. He even forgot to bring me the check when I asked for it. He said ok and went to the other side of the restaurant to prepare bibs and glove packs instead. A man,that I can only assume was the owner kept creepily and ominously peering out from a door. Just wanted some decent seafood

I was told it would a experience to get to boil, and it was. A messy and tiresome experience. Where the food was good and tasty but couldn't even enjoy it, where mess left me so uncomfortable after putting effort into to eat my food also leaving unsatisfied. It is a experience, but also comes at a high price, where I could have had better prept food, taking little to no effort to eat, and with no mess. If you have enjoyed your experience here, props to you, if you are trying this for the first time I hope you have a better time than me.
Order from Uber eats and when I got my order I was very disappointed would give a 0 if I could. I had ordered 1lb of crawfish and 1/2lb or shrimp and when I opened my order I had a total of 4 small crawfish and the little bit left was shrimp. Very upset that I paid for food I was really wanting and didn’t even get to enjoy it. The flavor was very disappointing to top it all off.
