Idk what this locations problem is, every once in awhile there’s a guy there that says they don’t have kids meals and then ends up charging me for an adult meal even though I’ve gotten kids meals from this and other locations multiple times in the last 2 years. This dude has been doing this for months, specifically just him and when I say I get them here bc it’s the only fast food my daughter likes he’s like well they discontinued them or let me check and then okay but give me an adult meal ? I legitimately do not understand bc it’s only this location and this one guy that does it.
Well, this was a quite disappointing one. 1. I wanted wings, but the were out. It happens. 2. I said fries, but they gave me mashed potatoes. 3. No sweet lightning mountain dew. 4. Spoke to 3 people in drive thru. 5. My biscuit was already broken in half and dry. 6. My chicken was bland, as in they didn't follow the Colonel's recipe. Being near a military base and serving this, this chicken deserves a dishonorable discharge.Follow the review history, too many bad reviews for this place to stay in business. Needs an overhaul on everything or close.
My last order from this KFC was the worst of many bad experiences here. The chicken was so overcooked I couldn't even get a decent bite, out of four pieces I may have gotten 10 small bites. Other times my orders have not been correct. Horrible place--should be closed down
Beyond chicken nuggets are gross. Please dnt waste your money. Kfc in general is gross. Biscuits are hard and dried out and fries are disgusting. I recommend for quick fast food go to popeyes. Popeyes on fort bliss is better than any other popeyes around El paso!!!.
Went through drive through and the kid told me it was an 18 minute wait to order a 12 piece family meal. How poorly managed is this restaurant if you make customer wait that long? I left and went up the street to Popeye's.
No coleslaw, no original and how am I supposed to eat mashed potatoes and gravy without utensils!?!
I was told to park when I order on drive thru, which is a bit annoying but i was very happy when I received my food cus they made everything fresh, every single item.
I'm here in El Paso for work. I work nights. I get up before I go to work to go get "familiar" food that I know tastes good. I walk from my hotel to this location, only to see a sign that says drive thru only due to short staff. I understand that but, do you understand everyone doesn't have a car? Can I walk through the drive thru line? Probably not. You are losing tons of business it's at least 200 of us at the surrounding hotels, so you lose all og that business.
They earned the 2 stars because I was in and out if the drive thru in no time, that's also because none of the food that I got was fresh!!! My chicken sandwich didn't have any pickles and hardly any mayonnaise and it was hard to bite into because it had been sitting for God knows how long. The fries tasted great but we're very old because they were hard to chew and you can tell they weren't fresh. Nothing was made fresh...I bought enough food for a family of 5 and it wasn't worth the money I spent. I will keep going to Popeyes, if you want a chicken sandwich then get it from popeyes...hands down 10 times better!!!
Not sure if the quality has gone down because of Covid but this will be the last time I stop at KFC. Chicken didn't taste the same. Mashed potatoes were much lower quality than the usual. Biscuits undercooked. Only thing that tasted the same was the coleslaw and gravy.
