KFC at night...this might be because they were closer to closing maybe or because they were slow but this is right in the middle for me. The chicken was nice and seasoned and the fries were fresh and had a good crunch and seasoning to them without tasting old. Even my mountain dew was right in line without tasting old or not sweet enough. The drive thru attendant who took my order was pleasant.The downsides were that I tried ordering three things that they were out of (wings, sweet tea, sweet lightning dew), I had a long wait to receive my food, my biscuit was rock hard, I couldn't even bite into it and just threw it away, I saw two workers eating while I was waiting and they looked at me like I was crazy, and the person who handed me my food looked at me like I disturbed him from listening to his music in his earpods and never said a word to me.Maybe it's an El Paso KFC thing...

They rarely have the breasts for the family meals and offer wings & thighs instead. I've been through this numerous times and thought ( How can a wing or thigh make up for a breast?) They should offer a discount or suggest a wing or thigh meal. Why should I keep paying for a meal They can not provide and that I have to pay more for than a wing or thigh meal? I canceled this time & ordered elsewhere however I really wanted an 8 piece KFC meal

My husband and I were on our way and thought it would be more quick if we placed our order in advance on KFC's website and then picked it up. It took forever. The place wasn't super busy but as it turns out orders placed at the restaurant supercede pickup orders placed online. So our order kept being pushed back. Don't order on their app or website, just go in. Otherwise the food was delicious and hit the spot!

Every time I go here, they get the order wrong. You will pay for what you order, but they will forget something or give you something else. Today, I ordered a 2 piece white meat meal and got the lesser valued dark meat. Can't return it coz I'm at work.

The lady's bathroom was nasty and out of TP. The male employee who took our order was non-caring and just walked away while my husband was still speaking to him. The "crispy" chicken tenders were not crispy. We were not offered any dipping sauces. We were made to feel like a burden instead of paying customers. The food quality did not meet the cost....

First of all they didn’t have chicken so they had to make it which took forever. Which makes no sense because a place that sells only chicken shouldn’t be dry of chicken. Second of all I ordered two Mac n cheeses which shows it all my receipt but yet the potheads working there didn’t put the second Mac n cheese instead they gave two mashed potatoes which is not what we ordered. Honestly you guys shouldn’t have people under the influence working there because it is extremely inconvenient for the customer.

Came here to pick up an Uber eats order, however the doors were locked. It was around 7:00 p.m. tonight, and the door said that dining room closes at 9:00 p.m. why tell delivery drivers to pick up inside the restaurant but then go and lock the doors? Make it make sense. If for whatever reason you must lock the doors before the dining room closes, put a sign outside so that way delivery drivers and customers alike don't have to get out of their car and can just proceed to the drive-thru. Even one of the employees came to the door trying to go inside, and when he realized it was locked he had to call somebody inside in order to get in. That is absolutely unprofessional, even if you're a fast food restaurant you can't just lock the doors whenever you want before closing and expect customers to be fine with it. At least have some sort of sign up outside explaining why the doors are locked. This is the second time I had an issue picking up from KFC. The first time absolutely nobody came to ask what order I had, and everybody seemed to not want to work and make food. I even had enough time to take my kids to the bathroom have all three of them go and wash their hands then come back out. Yet still no food came out. I ended up canceling the order. If you want good chicken and fast I highly recommend to go elsewhere because this location has gone downhill.

They had the door LOCKED at 7pm. Dining room closes at 9. Laziest workers I have ever seen.

Great job KFC staff. Had a lady walking wait at the counter, go use the restroom wait back at the counter and no one even acknowledged her being there. Told them I was waiting on an Uber order and instead of letting me know it was ready. They just set It in the mobile orders with me standing right there.

Management not wearing gloves, yet touching food. We literally watched her open the restroom door for 2 seconds, did not walk in, then walk back behind counter and bagged food for drive thru. ? Terrible example for employees. Leadership should know better, especially these days with all the germs and COVID stuff.
