Been in EP for 7 months and have tried a lot of places…this one tops them all. Small, easy yet simple menu. Food was fantastic, service was impeccable. We will return.We had the ramen and a rice bowl w shrimp. Seriously fresh food cooked perfectly.

Food was very good. Attentive personnel but food took forever. We were a party of 4 and 3 of us finished our food by the time the 4th person received his food. One dish had cinnamon to season the meat, and the person ordering it did not like it.

It was by far our favorite restaurant ramen! I usually don’t like pork belly in ramen restaurants because it has so much fat on it. This was moist and flavorful without the thick fat ring! Both house broth and tonkotsu broth were equally delicious! Love love the idea of build your own ramen! I detest the typical nori and don’t like the egg usually served with it. This place lets you choose broth protein noodle thickness and sides. Will be a returning customer!

Had my food delivered, so I have no comment on the restaurant itself. The food, however, was fantastic! So much so, I ate it before I thought to take any pictures...oops! I did, however, save my order, so I can show you exactly what I got that was fantastic. Everything had great flavor. Noodles and everything I added to my bowl were cooked perfectly, and the takoyaki had a great crunchy outside with a soft, warm inside. Ramune is a Japanese soda, so pick a flavor you like and try it out. The way to open it is a bit tricky if you've never had one before, so you may need to flag down your server to help you. Once you know what to do, it's actually a little fun. That's it, enjoy!
Awesomely delicious ramen! I got the bone broth with pork belly and it was very flavorful. Definitely coming back soon!
