Great customer service. Whoever has been hiring these young kids are picking the best ones. My baby had such a wonderful time.

So much fun great family area i like the jungle gym is big enough for parents to go in with their little ones and the go kart and bumper boats

Jungle Jaks was a blast! The indoor playground, bumper cars, modeling studio, and arts and crafts was definitely worth it. Very affordable place to bring the kids. The staff was very professional, and nice. Ale did a wonderful job with the face paint and nails. I know all the kids enjoyed themselves today at Jungle Jaks!

Kids had a really good time! Lots for them to do and keep busy! Only gripe is the staff working… for a kids place, would have expected more energy. Some of the staff working the play areas and rides looked like they didn’t want to be there.

I expected more from Jungle Jaks. The pricing it outrageous. The food tastes like cafeteria food. The play zone is smaller than Peter Piper. All guests must have socks to be on the play area, parents included. Overall it was a very underwhelming experience. The only good thing is the staff was nice and helpful.

Great place for the kids. Not to mention one of the staff was so great, her name is Alessandra. Highly recommend her to do face painting. She’s so nice, and has lots of patience, my little girl was so happy.

Overall my family had a pretty good time and the staff was friendly. Nothing really all that impressive for the price point. Pro tip: DO NOT let your kids paint, or if you do, make sure they're careful not getting paint on their clothes because it doesn't really wash out.

BEYOND Dirty, very poor "management", extreme lack of professionalism and enforcing regulations.Manager was unprofessional in many ways, including wearing sweatpants. Workers inattentive and used as the "bad guy" by manager. Place is DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY, 1 inch dust bunnies. We have 3 bad experiences here...1- The first was at a party, it didnt seem bad until we found out the parents booked the largest room and it was given to another family. Our daughter wanted to attempt the stairs and jumping onto the blowup thing. She is 3 and froze at the top, she couldn't get herself to jump and became very scared. While she was crying, we attempted to convince her to walk back down or go get her. The worker refused both requests...she is 3, terrified, and excessively crying. Finally, when it was made clear I was willing to push through the worker, they went up and helped her down.2- Fun after school trip, less than 10 kids in the building and more than a handful of workers. My husband joined us 10min after we paid and began playing, he was allowed in with McDonald's and Popeye's...front desk saw and let him in. Due to nothing said, we sat and ate. At the end of our meal, after every floor worker passed and looked, the manager walked across the entire area (past us) to someone in the back, past us AGAIN...then said back worker approached us to say:"The manager asked me to tell you that outside food is not allowed"0 issue, we follow rules. THE POINTS: none of the workers said anything and let us completely finish eating....the MANAGER did extra work to have an employee tell us versus coming directly to our table, which she walked past Twice.3- We had shoes on in a shoe allowed area to start. We were sitting watching the kids play. A worker was asked by the manager to tell us no shoes. Same manager as above, FYI. I argued shoes are allowed here, pointed out the numerous adults wearing shoes in No Shoe zones, kids did not have the required socks on with 0 comments made...AND the fact its dirty as hell. I didn't realize how dirty until I purposely took photos.Manager: Ariel7 March 2022 1200-1400

I took my son this last Monday at opening time, we haven’t been in a while and it was fun especially cause it wasn’t busy so we don’t get as hot running around. employees were helpful and courteous they let me know my child was rather young and should be supervised at all times which was perfect. My son loved the dinosaur and can stay on it all day if he could. The young lady in the front seemed new but was really nice. The only thing about our trip that was strange was a young lady complaining about everything she didn’t agree with, she was not watching her small (2-3 years old) kid she didn’t want to take off her shoes which I found odd..but We didn’t let her stop us from having a good timewe continued to play for a little while longer and will definitely be back next Monday.

It was my first time there and the kids had a great time. Staff was very nice. My kids won a lot of tickets in a video game and they were super happy with their toys. I was very impress how nice staff were, made us feel very comfortable.. I will recommend the place.
