They got it right!!The bad thing about vegan spots is bland ingredients covered up with strong spices...not here!! They have found the right way to infuse everything with exceptional flavors.The Vegan Skillet tasted like a commercial breakfast place with all the fresh ingredients of a high end restaurant.The Migas was delicious and rich with texture and flavor.The pancakes and waffles are on another level...they make Crave taste like IHOP.El Paso is on the up and up!
My husband and I ordered the daily special which was ramen, it was delicious. It had noodles, mushrooms, spiraled zucchini/ carrots, green onions, sesame seeds, bok choy, and the veggie broth. It wasn't too hot on this summer day. We had fresh papaya and apple waters that came with it, also delightful.We also ordered a side of Mac and cheeze, which left something to be desired, still I'd eat this Mac and cheeze over the dairy version.Then we ordered the caramelized banana waffles for our 5 year old, which was another hit!I definitely recommend this restaurant and will be returning several times on my short visit.
I ordered a matcha avocado smoothie bowl with my choice of toppings, a fat burner shot and a chia cucumber limeade! It was so so so good! Especially because it was a hot day, so the very cold smoothie bowl made a perfect treat! We got to sample taste two of their smoothies for their happy hour and we ended up ordering it to go ? Was so tasty! Highly highly recommend this place! It is inside a office building so don’t think it’s not there when looking for it. Definitely check this place out for a tasty and fresh treat :)
Everything was amazing. My husband and I went and were blown away. My husband isnt a vegetarian and he was extremely impressed. I got the lemongrass avocado toast and he got the chickpea omlet. We also got a boost and fat burner shot. Yummm yumm. Can't wait to go back!

Definitely need to try the Lion’s Mane Menudo ! It’s amazing. Love all of their food!
