When you order a family platter and pay 10 dollars extra for shrimp you would think the shrimp would be consistent and more than 6 pieces! I ordered 2 family platters at 31.99 a piece extra 4.00 charge for Alfredo and 10.00 for shrimp only to have 6-8 pieces (3 large and 3-5 small shrimp)! Was very disappointed when they brought out our pasta with a little bit of sauce on one of them! For the price I paid I would have rather bought the stuff and made my own pasta at home!
Thank you Carinos for ruining my birthday dinner to myself today. I paid $50 for bad food and bad service.The only thing that was good were the mozarella sticks. Other than that the Cesar salad was salty, the chicken parm was over cooked and the noodles tasted horrible. And I didn’t even touch the other portion. No point during my horrible meal did the manger come over to see if everything was he was in the corner chit chatting with a cook which explains why the food tasted like they just put it in the microwave.
Great service, food is good, just the cleanliness wasn't what I expected, and the bread was a brick, good taste but hard as a rock
Terrible customer service. Unfortunately can’t rate it a 0. Our waiter lost our order, then we tried to give the place a chance but after seeing everybody after us getting their meals and leaving. We were still waiting…. We decided we had enough and canceled. Rude manager came and said “we have a sign in the entrance stating we are understaffed” But then everyone is getting their meals but us!!! As a customer I shouldn’t be responsible for your deficiencies and be expected to wait over 1 hour for chicken and pasta. We are very disappointed and will definitely not return….i would post pictures but never got my food…
We got two calzones, as you can see it was not cooked thru. It’s all raw and it took them about an hour to get the order out.
Had a great experience at the restaurant and the food was outstanding. I order the green chicken lasagna and it has become my favorite dish, it will not disappoint you at all.. My kids had the small pizza and I was impressed on how great it was.. As a matter of fact, we went back again just to order the pizza..
Very disappointed this last time around. To be fair I’ll go over what we ordered. Two pizzas came out great. The skillet was not bad but low on the marinara sauce. The chicken parmigiana was raw. Yes raw. If it was a steak it would have been cooked rare.We eat out a lot, as we enjoy going out as a family. But this was very disappointing. Took photos so I’ll see if I can submit them. Two stars because the pizzas were done right.
Sunday lunch food.. was good not better than olive garden. Got the seafood pasta and the calamari had alot of tentacles. Service was good but slow for a slow day. Will go to another place next time i feel like pasta
Their place are very pricey the food is good and if you can afford it then more power to you you can dress relaxed or dress to dress up for those special moments. Plenty of hurricane discounts for veterans right across from Sunland Park Mall which is located on the west side of El Paso if you're diabetic you need to be careful I have to eat too much pasta that's what they serve a lot of sorry for being honest that's what I noticed and I am diabetic so I had to find something else to eat
The food was inedible. the eggplant was hard (like it was old). Sauce and cheese were put on top but not cooked together. The cheese wasn't even melted. The sauce was so spicy we couldn't eat it. The entire meal went right in the garbage.
