Service was amazing. Food was horrible. They served the rest of the table 20 minutes before I got my pizza. When I did get it, the cheese wasn't melted and the crust was raw. I came once before and they messed that up. Tried giving them a second shot. Failed. I'm sure if it had been cooked, it would've been great.
Very good Green Chile Chicken Lasagna. Candy was our waitress and she was very attentive to our needs and requests.
This is a nice place to eat with family and friends . Menu has a variety of basic Italian dishes , great bread and good service. You will enjoy this place.
If you like Italian-American style pasta and cuisine (and love yourself enough to stay out of the Olive Garden) Carinos is a great choice for family or date night. What I really love is that this place pretty much lets me make up a dish on my own based on what I'm craving and what they've got behind that counter where the chefs are. So accommodating! Don't forget to tip higher than 20% if you're ordering off the "imagination menu", that takes an extra effort from your server and the kitchen?
Came here on a recommendation from a friend...great place to sit a while, food was great and very fast. Bread was hot and fresh out of the oven. We both had soup and salad, roasted garlic potato soup and ceaser salad and was not disappointed. Waitress was very friendly. Would highly recommend this restaurant for anyone in or passing through El Paso.
$19 chicken salad which is thrown together with four pieces of chicken. I’m sure I get more from subway or a gas station salad. Our other side salad was delivered with lettuce and two bread crumbs. This place use to have standards, but seems to have lost them somewhere. I know someone used to check the food before it leaves the kitchen, but I’m not sure how any professional establishment would let this slide. Highly disappointed, will not trust or order from this restaurant again. Giving a one star rating seems like a compliment to what we paid for and received.
I ordered the chicken and shrimp fettuccine Alfredo was charged $25 for that plate and was missing chicken completely. I spoke to manager and he was very rude and called me a liar telling me there was chicken on the plate. He didn't care to work with customer and instead told me he was working since 11am and that he is been the one cooking plates.
While the prices are around $15 per meal, the amount of food you get is enough to have leftovers for lunch the next day. The food was pretty good, a nit spicy for me which in some ways is odd since I generally love spicy foods... guess I'm just not used to spicy Italian food.Curbside pick up went smoothly and everything I ordered was there. Timing was on par with the projected time given to me for pick up. So I'd say it was a good restaurant to pick-up dinner on the way home.I give them extra credit on the awesome to go packages. As I am a trucker and on the road most of the time, I'll be washing them and using to take food on the road with me. I really like when a restaurant has durable containers that can be reused. As long as people will reuse them, like myself, it makes for better sustainability.
I came here a couple of years ago and did not have a good experience. Today decided to try this place again. I know why I had not came back. The place had a off smell and the food was cold, bland and appearance of food was not great!!. Will not come back.
Meal was great, salad had to much dressing and to many large chunks of lettuce I had to chop up looked like the lettuce was the last part of the head. Waitress was very friendly ?? I enjoyed chatting with her. She was very attentive asking us if we needed more bread and drink refills. Will return in the future.
