Today I visited Jason's Deli store number 627 located at 8889 Gateway W Blvd. El Paso. I was so disappointed with my experience. I ordered Texacado toast minus the cheese and ranch as I am vegan and the girl that took my order rolled her eyes with my request when she told the girl that made the meal that other girl made a face.I also ordered 2 chicken Alfredo kids meals for my daughters and I specifically said kids meals and included a chocolate milk and drink and once we received our plates we realized they charged us 10.39 each and served my daughters regular Alfredo plates. I have always gone to a different Jason's Deli location and never was made to feel uncomfortable. It was a TERRIBLE experience at this location for me.

Tried to order by phone from the on line menu. The person on the phone could not understand what I was trying to order. I hung up and got in my car. Upon arriving, an exception employee took my order. All 3 of my orders were prepared with perfection. I have never been disappointed at their food or service. Just go in person!

Only my 2nd time here, liked the freshness of my salad & they have quite a good selection at their Salad Bar too! My son tried the Gumbo, ?? Hi-5 Jason's Deli ?

Their salads are always fresh and delicious. My first time there. I only ordered the salad bar. Their pasta looked very good. I will definitely will go back and try their sandwiches.

no options on any delivery apps for vegetarian options which is annoying. only on their website. doesn't allow for any modifications either. i don't want to have to pay $7 just for the convenience of being able to put "no chicken." it's not that hard to fix it just copy and paste the menu from the website and allow for a no meatoption.

BIG portions, I recommend the Santa Fe Chicken Sandwich and the Chicken bacon & cheese stuffed baked potato, its massive! It is Vegan Friendly if that's your preference. Quick and Friendly service!

5 star food quality, service, cleanliness, order wait time, and clean restrooms. The dedication to a great customer experience is quite evident. Truly enjoyed the wide variety of vegetables at the salad bar, which was wiped down and replenished numerous times during our visit. Will be back soon!

Hot out of the hospital and went straight to Jason's for some food! Soup was great and sandwiches are awesome great place for when you aren't feeling well and want something light! They have a full salad bar for dine in as well!!

Everything was wrong, as if the associates do not care. Once speaking to the manager on duty, I realized that was the attitude at the location, "don't care not my problem." Unsatisfied with resolution from manager on duty, obviously due to the bad attitude, I was advised that the GM would be contacting me the following day. I am still waiting to be contacted. Either everyone has bad attitudes here or they just don't care about the customers. Have not returned to this Jason's location since this experience, and more than likely will not. There's a Corner Bakery in the area with expectational service.

Jason’s Deli usually has great service and food, in this instant the chicken in the sandwich was over heated/cooked. The manager blamed the supplier instead of taking responsibility for the over cooked chicken that was prepared by the staff. The overcooked chicken is a health concern for choking. Also there is one functional working bathroom stall and the water from the sink is so minimal makes it impossible to wash your hands. I hope female workers have access to a functional hand washing station.
