I’ve been here a couple of times and each and every time, it’s taken over 15 minutes to receive our order. I don’t know if it’s due to staff shortage or what but when you only have a short time frame for lunch. Other than that the smoothies were really good!
First and last time I go here!$8.65 for a half empty, melted, watered down “açaí bowl”. I wish i had a straw to eat what I got. Workers were very rude, did not receive a hello nor a thank you when I got served this horrible bowl. If you want something good, this is not the place. Very disappointed..
Went here this morning and the smoothies were SOOOOOOOO delicious and I had the mini dogs which were mind blowing :’) staff made me feel very welcome and I love how they helped me figure out which smoothie I wanted! My husband also said that his smoothie bowl was the bomb :) Definitely coming back!
Great experience, they’re really fast and made my smoothies really fast and it was mmmm ? DELICIOUS!!!! The employees were so friendly and nice, The pretzels are amazing and I’ve been recommending this place to everyone I know.
Let me start by saying when it first opened it was a great place, nice workers and great drinks. Since then it has become worse, from the workers to the drinks. I always get the ice coffee with sweet cream but since they first started till now i have no idea what drink im getting becauseit ALWAYS looks and taste different. If you say something about it then they are rude, i understand they are young but its really unnecessary and doesnt sit well when your paying them for a service and instead you get attitude and not what u pay for. I will not be going back to this location at all, im better off making my own.
Pretzels, lemonade and smoothies are delicious but this is the second time I'm asked to move and wait for the food in empty spot from drive through and the second time they forget to take my food items out. Both times I've had to get down and go inside the store to get my food items and the second time I'm told they forgot.
Horrible experience. Went there yesterday and my wife ordered the vanilla bue sky bowl. Two hours later she started feeling really tired and weak. She started throwing up, chill and her stomach was cramping really bad. She had all the symptoms of food poisoning.
jamba is so good, i love jamba, i live, laugh, and love it 24/7. i snort it, swallow it, and digest it. night crew is amazing, their amazing, i love my smoothies, pretzels, and the restroom is very clean!
We were definitely excited to see Jamba Juice in El Paso, and it was a bonus having it close to home. Customer service and efficiency can definitely use some vamping, however.
Alyssa is the friendliest, nicest, coolest worker who has ever helped me . I would definitely recommend going to this place . I will definitely be going back because of Alyssa !
