I was deeply disappointed in the lack of customer care this morning at Jamba Juice on Resler. I’ve spoken to the owners, on occasion, and thought them to care about their customers. I must have been wrong, because I was shocked that the drive thru service is manned by an unmasked employee who defiantly told me she chose to not wear a mask despite having the responsibility to care for customers because she was not required to at work. How very sad, because I thought a brand like Jamba Juice would support a healthy lifestyle (including caring for the high risk patrons that whose only recourse is to use the drive thru).In the midst of the worst uptake of the pandemic, this locally owned franchise has made the decision to point a loaded gun at their high risk and immune compromised patrons. As a vaxxed, double masked person who can only use drive thru or carry out - I will be forced to take my business elsewhere - to a company that cares about not spreading what is a deadly disease for some. My family and I recently caught Covid, despite taking very precaution. Now I’m faced with the reality that even a brief moment at a drive thru is what got us sick. I cannot in good faith support a business who would callously put my life and the lives of people like me at risk. I urge you consider doing the same.
I love this Jamba!! They were fast and friendly and make great smoothies and bowls! I will definitely be coming back very soon???
The White Gummi smoothie is possibly the best smoothie I’ve ever had.
Been there multiple times, smoothies are delicious and the service is quick and friendly. Would recommend to all of my fellow smoothie lovers.
I used to love this place but recently I ordered an impossible and they gave me a regular. I didn’t notice until after I took a bite. I’ve never been more disgusted. I spent an hour after forcing myself to throw up while having panic attacks because I’ve been a vegetarian for years as part of my religion. Also the drinks have been “lazy” recently with them not being blended all the way. To top it off, one specific worker made very rude comments to my bf and I.Update: after the owner called me, she told me I was psychotic and to “get help”. She was bring up my mental health issues over and over trying to use them against me. She said I was banned from the store which legally is impossible over a review and when I explained that she threatened to file a restraining order which she also can not do legally. She went as far as to ask my boyfriend if he really wants to spend his life with me because of my mental health problems and asked him to break up. This is so unprofessional. Who are you letting run this place? I would never in a million years recommend this place to anyone. No one should support these morals and values and all over a review.

The service is great! The variety of menu items is amazing. So far I have enjoyed every smoothie/bowl that I’ve ordered. Can’t wait for them to open up more locations around town!!
I'm so excited we have a Jamba Juice. Apparently I've driven past it for about 4 months. I will be going a LOT!!!! All the smoothies I've ever had are fantastic. So much new stuff on the menu since I moved from California 15 years ago. I can't wait to start trying the new items and my personal faves!! ❤️❤️❤️
I ordered on door dash and didn’t receive my sandwich, so I called in to the store and the person on the phone offered to bring it to me.(I work in the food industry and I really appreciate when restaurants go above and beyond for their customers.?
