During the overnight shift. The manager, an older women with colored hair, was absolutely disrespectful towards me. All I did was ask for a cup hold for 2 drinks. And she threw a tantrum for me asking for a cup holder, which was right next to the window that I was at. I feel bad that those employees have to work under such terrible leadership. I could never recommend this jack in the box to anyone.
We often have lunch here, without any issues, but Today I picked up food for my family. The tacos tasted a little weird. My son also agreed with me. The crunchy tacos had a terrible foul smell. So I went back to let them know that either the meat or the lettuce is bad. But they just laughed at me and didn't believe me. They said that we are supposed to eat the food right away if not that's why it goes bad. Really?? They sure made me feel stupid and the customer is always right was not an importance to them at all!! I walked out of there with no replacement nor my money back. Thanks a lot!!
The deluxe fish sandwich was delicious. The fries were not, they were soggy. Not crispy at all! The wait in line was ridiculous and then the wait at the window was about another 10 minutes. ?♀️
It's the best variety for fast food same service always and they give u ketchup not like McDonald's where u order ten fries but they give u no ketchup
I really can believe that the service is getting so bad during the night they either put more people working or get better trained I order tiny tacos and they give me stuff jalapeños… is bad they don’t know the difference and but they charge what I order and give order wrong very very disappointed
Line and the wait was horrible. 45 min wait at the drive thru. They may be short staffed. I the bright side, they are hiring?
Only shadow casted over Jack in the Box isn't a big one. Food can sometimes take longer to prepare than in other restaurants w/ a drive- thru window, but yet, small price for good food!
Breakfast is always good! Shakes are the bomb. Except this location often don't have them during evening or late hours.
It's usually a good place. My kids enjoy their oreo cookie shake every time we go. The service is fast and friendly. We've never had any problems.
Great customer service. The wait can be a little long but they always get my order right.
