This girl in the photo should not work at Insomnia Cookies. She is rude, disrespectful, and lacks customer service skills. I am never coming back to this store.
The cookies are delicious and warm. Soft yet still have a good crunch. Would definitely recommend stopping for a treat.
Went in to try this spot being new to El Paso. Walked in without any face coverings according to TX governor’s GA-38 order. Greeted by a young woman with a mask around her chin saying she couldn’t serve me without a mask. Stated I didn’t had one and was told to order delivery off the app. Went to my truck and retrieved sweaty gym shorts. Tied those around my head and was then served cookies. Tasted good; salty caramel cookie was extra salty from my own ball sweat.
Absolutely love this place! Such a good amount for the price! Can never finish my ice cream sandwich. Me and my boyfriend go often and we never have a problem with customer service. Always friendly and quick (:
My boyfriend really hyped this place up and wanted me to have a great experience being that it was my first time. We took some time deciding on what cookies to order since some of the flavors were unavailable and once we ordered the cashier FINALLY decides to tell us they weren’t accepting cash. Reading the reviews this place has in regards to poor customer service, I believe it.
Just visited the location on Mesa near UTEP last night around 08:00 pm. Within 2 hours of consuming the cookies, my entire family and I spent our night with a severe case of food poisoning. We are still feeling very ill the next day. I reached out to corporate and filed a complaint, hoping they reach out and look into this issue. If anyone has similar issues, please reach out to the office and post a review. We have been told today that other friends have had similar issues, so please file complaints, and write reviews. We paid good money for these cookies and it’s a disservice to the customers to have these types of issues.

We ordered late for the kids and they all liked them a lot. It's just too expensive fir cookies, c'mon!
Went To get a 12 pack of cookies, when I ordered the orange hair girl said some of the cookies are baking and they would be ready in 5 minutes. I said okay and was patiently waiting… 30 minutes go by and the guy up front asks me what my order is and the girl goes up to him and tells him my order and he tells her “the cookies are ready in the warmer why do you have her waiting” she told him she can’t give me those because my order is for delivery through an app. 8 more minutes go by and I see her grab a box and started packing my order from the cookies that have been ready for the bast 38 min in the warmer then she takes the box to the back seals it and brings it out to me. Like seriously?? Had me waiting over half an hour for cookies that had been ready? Not going back definitely not worth the unnecessary wait.
My friends and I visited this establishment but were greeted with foul language. The man working said under his breathe the “f word” when my friends and I walked in and then proceeded to complain about us to his female coworker. I did not appreciate the vibes or the customer service that I encountered. I refuse to pay at such an establishment. The workers bring down the mood that the store is trying to give off.
