I don’t review places very often, especially chain places like this. But I do Believe in recognizing people for being Great at their job. I’m not sure who my waiter was. I just know he had beautiful black hair, a really great accent, and a bunch of really pretty bracelets on his wrist. I stopped in here to get a quick bite to eat before work and I soon realized that I had lost track of time. So I asked for my check and explained I was running late. My server was very prompt on getting me my check. He also made me a coffee to go, and told me to have a safe trip to work and not to drive too fast lol. He was very sweet. A lot of waiters may have been irritated that I was in a rush, but not him. It seems like a small gesture, but with all the chaos in the world right now, a little kindness goes a very long way for some people. Food was great, service was great. Five stars
Horrible at 3pm. Craving a late breakfast. Ordered the Hoppy Hour special, 2 quick egg breakfast. I was the only one dining in, (now I know why)empty restaurant. Several dirty tables. Received my food, toast was so cold butter would not melt. Hash browns tasted like nothing but onions, bacon was disgusting. Eggs were the only thing that tasted decent although not cooked over medium as ordered. Terrible experience, will not be going back! ?
Worse place ever. The amount of scramble egg is too little for 2 eggs. Didn't get the strawberries even though I paid extra for it. Waited longer than the pickup time. Had to come inside for curbside. No one picked up the phone. The employees were so rude.
Our waitress was amazing!!!! but the hostess looked like she was having a awful Monday morning she didn’t greet us and she seemed angry slamming the menus across the table and when we asked for kids menus she seemed like it was a bother for her. She sat the table next to us as well and just looked so miserable. I work in the restaurant industry as well so I understand the pressure we are all under right now but you have to put a smile on if you are going to stay at a job like this or leave and find a job that doesn’t require you to smile. As a manager I would address this because from what I see in the other reviews this isn’t the first time. I love this location and have never had a problem.
Lady at front is not friendly unhelpful you can really tell she hates her job. This location always has a long wait due to understaffed according to them. Lots of tables where they could serve you some hot coffee while you wait but instead they insist on making you wait in a crowded area see if we all get covid or get upset and just leave
Order number 7114704179773441Did curbside pick up my husband waited 20 minutes after checking in! He called them and no one answered! I have covid so he wasn’t trying to get down but he ended up having to! Then they tried giving him only the sides to a $39 order and the girl argued with him that there was nothing else until someone else read the order and realized the other big bag was for us! We tried calling again to let them know but after being on the phone for 15 minutes with no answer we hung up! I don’t know if they are understaffed or what but it’s by far the worst experience ever! By they time they even gave us the food it was freezing cold!!!!!
Our server was GREAT! And the food was delicious, minus the grits. Please switch to organic yellow grits/polenta. ?It takes 20 minutes to make them nice and creamy.I appreciate your consistent quality customer service.#GeorgiaPeach Living a #Texas Star Life❣
Well the hostess did not greet us with a smile that is their main function and to greet us with a smile between the front door and your table that's their main job and I let her know that so I don't really care what kind of a day she's had or what she did before coming to work that is none of my business her job is to provide a service and I let her know that and I said this with all due respect Miss you need to change your attitude we as customers expect to be treated with a smile you will get ahead a lot more wherever you work by providing a smile and leaving your problems at home. Otherwise the service was good the food was good the bathrooms are good plenty of parking the uniforms were in good shape. The hostess said she apologized for her behavior and recognizes the same as if the tables were turned she would expect that from me if I was doing her job
This is what you get if you ask for no chicken on the omelette and miserable eggs. Thanks for not paying attention to my order.
I understand that lots of companies are struggling to hire people and are very short in staff and that the few people who are working are working twice as hard to accommodate their customers but as a company you need to make a decision not to open full site and sit as Manny tables as you can when you only have a few employees then you have customers waiting hours for their orders and getting upset at their servers. You also put your servers at a very difficult situation because they depend on your cooks to get their orders out as quick as possible and it sets an stressful environment that is projected into your clients. It took about an hour and a half for us to get our breakfast and also some of the order was wrong and our server seem to be a little overwhelmed
