Yesterday, took my girlfriend out for a Mother's day breakfast at IHOP and ordered the ?, ?, hash browns, wheat toast + her favorite ☕ drink.I myself, order their delicious butter milk ?, ?, and and We devoured the meal ?.Moises, our waiter also provided Excellent Customer service and earn his tip for the day!
I ordered online and went to pick it up curbside. Got there and the system couldn’t find my order. Couldn’t call either, phone line was down. Had to go inside, wait in line and was eventually told that they don’t have my order. By then, I got notified by my bank that there were three charges! Yes, I got charged three times. Manager was rude and just told me to contact IHOP and there was nothing he could do for me. After about 30 min., I finally got my order and lord and behold, some items were missing. Had to wait some more…. Finally got to leave with my complete order. Overall, food was good, too bad service and management was unbelievably bad!
Crazy, we got there at 2:30Waited to be seated.They seated people that got there 30 minutes after us…They sat us down after an hour (it was just 4 of us)ThenAfter waiting for an hour moreThey served and took orders of new customers.4:11 barely get asked what we would like to drink.
My spinach and mushroom omelet was generously portioned. The Hollandaise sauce was good.However, my server must have been having a bad day because Lorena H. did not come around once to refresh my coffee or check to see if I needed anything. Not even a smile could be detected under her Covid mask. She's a bad server with no manners.
Although food was great, service was not at all good. After getting food did not see server until getting check, ran out of coffee 3/4 way through meal, no refills or warmups, never asked if everything was ok
Extremely busy on a Sunday! Made it very hard to enjoy. Staff was great, helpful, and waitresses we're on it considering how busy they were! Food was good and drinks replenished often!

Highly recommend breakfast, before 10am, you get alot of food, service is always great, order comes out fast and hot, not over priced, definitely worth the wait if you can't get there before the rush
IHOP is one of the few establishments carrying on the experience of ambient late nights at diners, and for that reason I love them so. In addition, their food is reasonable and even healthy if you know what you’re doing. I love to go for a coffee and chat with friends
I love IHOP, their food is always delicious. It was delicious last night as well. However, I felt that one of the servers was rude. The main server of ours was very good but I felt a little rushed. I don't know, I just felt like they could have had much better attitudes. I have been a waitress and have always had jobs in customer service. I know how I treat people when I'm working. I have high standards for customer service because I have always given my best. These women weren't great. But the food was!
