So disappointed with the pancakes n bacon you would think it's not hard to do simple pancakes but they were fry n not done I added extra honey but it didn't help n the bacon was to old n they went fresh yes I understand its a busy restaurant but really dry half done pancakes n yesterday bacon u might want to reconsider yr hight prices on buttering the pancakes atleast well at least I made yr dry pancakes look good on the pictures??????
Horrible service. They took forever to take our order. Maria was our server and she was rushing us to pay. we weren’t ready to pay and she rolled her eyes at us. What kind of service is that?! They should learn how to be respectful and not rush someone to pay Horrible service never going back
The wait time wasn't the best, but we were the ones wanting to eat at IHOP at 1030 Sunday morning.The staff were very courteous, and ensure that we got our table. Our server Crystal was outstanding, she checked on us numerously throughout our time there (multiple times before the food arrived, while we were eating, and after). IHOP was slammed today, and server Crystal 100041 knocked her customers out of the park with her customer service.
I had an amazing experience at this location on Friday morning! I didn’t get the name of the waiter who served us, but I suspect he had worked the Night Shift since my party arrived at 530 am and he was completely excellent and amazing! I will be visiting this specific location again because everything was so enjoyable!
If I could rate this location, I’d give it ZERO STARS. Showed up one night at 1:15 am and one of the cooks ignored everybody in the lobby, even as he passed back and forth from the lobby, to the dining area, to the kitchen. I asked him if there was someone else that could help us and he said “momentarily ma’am” but I knew people before me had been waiting 30 min. So I asked him “even though people have been waiting half an hour?” and he’s like “wonderful ma’am” and I asked again “so is there someone else that help us” and he walked to the lobby and told everybody”if you can wait, great. If not, sorry. There’s only 2 people here.” And I was like “so can we order online?” And he says “I’m currently working on to go orders” and I said “but everyone here is sitting and already eating” and he said “I have online online orders im working on MA’AM” so I walked out and am now at Denny’s where they sat us within 2 minutes and asked for our drinks right away :)
One person at our table got their meal after the other four people were already done eating. It really ruined the experience.
Great service! Justin our waiter was on point & very attentive. Food was good, served quickly, cooked to our liking & portions were good sized. All in all a good dinner with awesome service.
Waitress was absolutely perfect! Food was good.. had sirloin steak tips with mushrooms and onions, redskin mashed potatoes and corn. Corn was fine.. potatoes were good too. The steak was cooked to medium as I requested, but the steak was BURNT ON ONE SIDE! The mushrooms and onions were COOKED TO MORE THAN "WELL-DONE"! In fact, many of the small pieces of mushrooms were "BURNT" on one side, just as the steak meat was! (I suspect that the cook/chef may have become distracted which could help to explain why/how the steak meat became BURNT ON ONE SIDE!) The steak meat may have been marinated as well, but the MENU DID NOT INDICATE USING ANY MARINADE of any kind, but the steak definitely had a "hint" of something SWEET so I can only guess it may have been marinated, as I indicated early on in this review.The steak was good and flavorful and quite edible but I was taken by surprise with the "ABSOLUTE SWEETNESS OF THE MEAT". It was very juicy and tender, but the sweet taste just threw the whole expectation off.I would recommend it, (provided that the meat NOT BE BURNT ON ANY SIDE!) and I WOULD GO BACK to this IHOP AGAIN, just maybe not for this particular steak menu item.I saw what I believe are several new and interesting food items on the menu, that I might be interested in trying out.FINAL NOTE: The steak with it's UNEXPECTED TASTE and the "SINGLE BURNT SIDE" OF THE MEAT is the total reason I reviewed this visit a "4". Facility and dine-in areas were very clean. Wait staff were perfect and very accommodating and I would rate that service a perfect "5"!
Curbside pick up not to reliable I notified app I was there and it took them 30 min to bring out the food it was cold some other guests got off to pick it up inside but I was in pjs otherwise I'd do the same but why order Curbside if you have to get off besides its always packed but besides that everything else was great as far as taste
Christy is an amazing waitress, my sister and I got our food fast and we were very comfortable around her. We were in a rush and she helped with everything quick. Thanks Christy! ?
