Customer service here at night is horrible. At least with maya the small girl, she was rude, took forever to take our order, when we told her we were ready to order, she looked annoyed and gave us short answers, she said she had to go get her book and then went to go help another table, taking about another 10 minutes to come take our order. Go somewhere else
I enjoy the fragrance of good and delicious food. I love surprising myself everytime I have a great meal. If the is delay they get us a discount, even without asking for it.Se waitresses are busy they really try to help get your food on the table hot enough to enjoy it.
I recommend the menu and sevice. also the prices
I was treated to breakfast at work and I chose IHOP through grub hub. It was a great experience! The food came on time and all the condiments I requested were brought to me as well. The food was good except the waffle it was a little dry. Overall very pleased!
I was in this property this week for breakfast ( the whole Crew was Latinos...I love this) the On Duty Manager was ADAM Top quality Manager and I think this young men deserve to be a GENERAL Manager , he knows what is to do to serve customer in a very open,friendly manner My Waitress was Daniella , a premium top service Girl ( she has the ability to be at least a ass. manager by IHOP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!I know what I am writing because I was in the Restaurant business Management and Owner of serveral Restaurants !!!! I travel to 11 States here in the US and I eat in many different restaurant, what I experienced in the past is many times so bad , that I am ashamed to been a EXPERT a) very nice service b) top Food quality My advice is Traverlers , if you in El Paso go to this IHOP location and have a wonderful expierence Chef UWE

Our server Daniela I believe was her name was courteous and nice. I could tell the restaurant is short staffed, our food was cold but I guess it's because it took a while to bring to the table.
I am waiting for most than 40 minutes for a hamburger I'm the only one at the moment service sucks and then I ask em about their happy hour and they told me they don't have it but they have a sign at the entrance about happy hour
I was visiting from Oregon and decided to treat my parents to IHOP today for a late Christmas gift. The service was terrible. Over packed and our food was cold. The server took 25 minutes to come back to us.Along that, we returned our dish that was cold to the server and there was a couple behind us that were budding in to our business. Overall, I did not miss El Paso. people our rude, services was terrible. will NEVER return.if you want to go somewhere more family friendly with servers who cares for you and people NOT budding in your business, I suggest you go somewhere else.
