Came in with a party of 7. Was told it was a 45 minute wait. We agreed and waited. Just watched a party of 15 come in after us and be seated first. When I asked why, the hostess said they were bigger and needed to be seated first. When we were finally seated, we saw they had an empty banquet room in the back. Apparently it's more about the money than customer service here. There was a considerable amount of dust and dirt on the furniture between the booths. Our server did the best she could considering how busy she was. The food was good. Our issue was with the management and organization of the restaurant.
Placed curbside order. Arrived and called. They never answered claiming their phone was broken but probably had a policy to respond when the restaurant is busy. If they cannot support the service, then don't offer it. There were no designated spaces to park, which is first clue there is going to be problems because they do not move pick up orders in and out fast enough. I went in, food was not ready so when I received it, you would think it would be warm or hot - NO - got home - everything was cold as if it was sitting there for some time. You want to go here if you like long waits to be seated, served, wait to pick up the orders, and if you like cold food. I do not blame employees - it is management's fault they cannot manage. In looking at other rating sites - it is clear they have issues with to go and pick up orders....dining in is a bit more mixed - but as mentioned "waiting" is their primary service.
My wife & I got here mid morning and it was busy but we didn't have to wait for a table.Brenda our server was outstanding. She was very friendly & was on top of everything.The waffles are the best i never had & the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich was delicious.Great experience. We will definitely return.
IHOP is just a simple breakfast/lunch restaurant that never disappoints. Their food is always great and their service is attentive and caring. I don't have to go into much detail cause it's IHOP, but good food for cheap price. Would always suggest

Silverware was dirty coffee was warm not hot I would of preferred hot fresh coffee, no creamers available either. Asked for medium rare t-bone got a well done steak. The food was almost cold. There was no napkins. No soap or paper towels in bathroom. Service was not good and it wasn't even busy.
Decent experience here til the end. While dining in, I placed a to-go order online for my wife at home, mostly because our server wasn't around much, making the online order easier. After grabbing my order off the rack on my way out of the restaurant, the front man decided it was appropriate to challenge me on whether or not that was actually my order, as if after being a paying and tipping dine-in customer, I'd just take it upon myself to swipe someone else's to-go order on my way out. Yes, it was my order. No, I won't ever be coming back to this location. Congrats.
Food was good for IHOP. What was disturbing was that two servers did not have masks on. I'm vaccinated and wear a mask because I want to live and do not want to spread virus. I am aware of the fact that vaccinated people are contracting the new variant regardless.
Hector the general manager was great. When the restaurant was busy, he was out there seating customers and helping the host & hostess. He kept a smile on his face, greeted customer's and took them to the table. He checked on customers to make sure that they were satisfied.Leese our server was also very good; she was very busy, but she kept smiling and checking on her table. We were very happy and full when we left. Thank you, Hector, and Leese.
It was busy but the staff was friendly and helpful and quick. We were seated right away. Got my free birthday pancakes ? Our server, I think her name was Tina, was very friendly, helpful and attentive. Made my day, with her smile and birthday wishes. Food was delicious and reasonably priced.
