showed up at 9 pm and the store sign says they close at 10 pm. they were already cleaning and closing. I was told only drinks are available and no ice cream. ? over half of the menu of the ice cream was out of order. friendly staff. but I am sending the bad service is due to the establishment. most likely not going to stop there again.
It was overall good. The ice cream got better once it melted more. Has really unique flavors. I would go again but it wasn’t my absolute favorite.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The location and workers were absolutely filthy. The lobby was dirty and there were ice cream toppings everywhere and all over the tables like they never clean up. The staff wasn't changing their gloves and picking things they dropped up off the floor and then preparing people's food. We just left. It was disgusting and we are never going back here.
The service was a little slow but to be honest it was busy. The staff is always nice and friendly. I love their ice cream!!

Very good ice cream, my kids love to go there and see how it's prepared in front of them. They were very slow, and not talking about the ice cream preparation, but just to take the order and to start the order. There wasn't anyone else in the store, so wasn't that they were busy, at all. I ordered the strawberry cheesecake, and it was very good, except this time they were less generous with the amount of strawberries in the mix. Still like it

Bf and I wanted ice cream, they open at 2 and we get there at 2:05 and there's employees inside refusing to open the door even though the sign says open. We call and they answer but they don't say anything. We can hear them moving around and see them but they hang up on us. If they don't want to work why won't they quit? This is the 2nd time this has happened.
Ordered a boba fruit punch tea…I waited almost 30 min boba was hot and the”TEA” tasted like Hawaiin fruit punch juice ?
