Make sure you order ahead!!! They will close 15-20 min early and will not make any more donuts for you! Sucks
The hours on the door say 8 am. Online says 11 am. We went at 11:45 am and the doors were unlocked. The guy came out from the back and said "we're not open yet." He proceeded to tell us the hours have been changed for TWO YEARS but have yet to update their hours. He was extremely rude about it. I would t recommend their customer service to anyone. He then walked away with a disgusted attitude because there were customers inside a business.
It's ok. After eating from Dapper Donut, I needed a fix, but it's not that close by. I discovered this shop on Uber app and have been curious. Brownie points for being two miles away from me. Service was quick n friendly. I expected made to order donuts..warm and fresh. Not the case. Fresh?? I suspect they were made earlier the same day , but not warm. Taste wise, these donuts are richer and denser. I can easily eat a dozen Dapper. I couldn't eat but five here. Part of the reason I like Dapper is because they are light n fluffy; almost airlike. Will I come back? If my sweet tooth strikes (again) and I don't feel like driving too much, yes. I prefer the competitor.
Actually shocked at how bad the service was yesterday, I walked in and waited approximately 7 minutes for anyone to come out from the back. I called from inside the store and the call was forwarded. The lady came out and didn't apologize for the wait, just seemed bothered I was there. I understand places are understaffed but wow that was a terrible experience. Mind you i was the only customer inside. On top of that the donuts seemed very old/stale, huge disappointment as I've come here a few times and never had this experience.
Was craving some evening donuts and did a quick search on google. Came across Humble Donuts and pulled up the map. After a little confusion finding the place, it was inside another business. After ordering my 6 flavors for the Humble Pack (18) donuts, I became a little skeptical when I saw tiny donuts being topped fresh and made to order. To my and my wife’s surprise, the taste and freshness of cake donuts with gooey toppings were very filling and delicious. I will be going back to try other flavors. Might even try a frozen yogurt while I’m there ordering next time.
Confusing location, didn’t know it was part of Orange Leaf yogurt. Someone also posted a wrong picture of a donut shop with prices, but that is not from this location. As far as the donuts, they were Fresh, Awesome and definitely worth it. The girl employee was very nice and friendly. I would highly recommend this place and wish they open before 11am. Because everyone wants donuts as early as 6am.
Great donuts but I wish they opened earlier. 11am is usually too late.
New favorite donuts! I’m obsessed, so delicious, crispy on the outside and so soft in the inside, loved the churro flavor and my kids love the ones with sprinkles! Definitely going back!Great service!

One word...WOW!!!! These donuts are the greatest!!! I’m not much of a sweets eater but I must say I can’t get over how delicious these are!!!! My daughter picked them up at 9:00 pm and I thought we would get the “left overs” but was proven wrong. Thank you Humble Donut Co! ??
