I've always liked Hudsons and have always had great service and food was always delicious. This last visit was not what it used to be. Our waitress was very nice but terrible service. It took 10 minutes from when we sat for anyone to come. Another 15 minutes to just bring our waters and almost an hour for our food to come out and it was not as good as it used to be. She came to ask us if we needed anything once and when we finally asked for the check, that was brought out really quick. When we went it wasn't busy a few tables and it was around noon, so no reason for lack of service. If they continue with this service, they can count that I won't be going back.
Staff is rude and careless. Just tried to have a nice night out with my family and ended up not even sharing a meal with my husband because his dinner looked and was very unappetizing . Manager didn’t even care to check up on us and our unpleasant meals that we sent back. I’ve been a happy customer for years until tonight. I will not be coming back and I will make it known to others to not waste their money or time trying to eat out in this restaurant. Topping it all off, our server Jacob gave us a nasty stare as we were walking out. Don’t waste your time in a place with horrible customer service and bad food.
This used to be my favorite place even on my birthday. Went with my family on memorial weekend of 2022 and was very disappointed. The staff was short handed on a Sunday. Our food was going to take 2 hours due to this issue. Family and myself ordered cheese stick and four drink the price was outrageous for twenty dollars and still waiting on our food to be bought to us. Plus the food price was almost eighty dollars. I understand we are in inflation but come on. I hope this reaches management because if the restaurant doesn't shape up it will lose business just like we lost ranchers grill. Disappointed ?.
Although it’s been about 6 months since I’ve been to Hudson’s I was totally appalled by the server and Manager Ruben arguing with us about an up charge on our bill for the Avacado Ranch dressing that I chose for my salad! The menu has $1 as the charge to have Avacado Ranch as your dressing choice NOT $2.99. At no time did the server advise that there was any additional cost let alone a 150% increase! The manager’s lame excuse was laughable “we increased our prices on some things but it would cost too much to change all the menus”. I guess he’s never heard of deceptive price advertising when you’re dealing with print!! I was embarrassed for him that he would treat a customer who legitimately had a request to explain the charge and then to try to justify it without providing any customer service!!
Food was off the hook. I would recommend it to anyone. Service was okay ?. I ordered the potato and bacon soup instead of the broccoli ? and cheese when given the choice, but alas was given the broccoli ?. Like I said the food was good and so was the soup. Nice atmosphere and very pleasant staff. You will enjoy your visit.
Awesome atmosphere, awesome food, awesome food. Just a tad pricey though.
Haven't been here in years. Had their Swiss & Mushroom burger with guac and chili cheese fries. It was a pretty tasty lunch. Gotta admit it was pretty tasty. I'll be back
Fun establishment, tasty food, friendly service and good personnel. Busy establishment because of all of those same reasons, so pack your appetite, a little patience and enjoy your experience.
Went to have lunch usually food is great today the meat in our hamburgers tasted gross ? we let our waitress know and she said she would let the Manger know. She came back with a message from the manager "our meat is fresh and he would give us a discount" no customer service manners last time we go there the place needs better management Coward come out and do your job!!!!
Great place to chill and have some drinks. The service provided was great, the waitress was very nice and attentive. We recommend the Jalapeño Margarita and the spark plugs appetizer. We ordered the pastrami sandwich and a guacamole burger regretfully. They weren’t as flavorful as expected and for the price, we think whataburger would have been better ?.
