Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with this restaurant. We made a reservation in person for a party of 9. Birthday celebration. We told them specifically where we wanted our party and we also told them what area we did not wanted to be seated. We were advised everything will be as requested. We call that day to ask if everything was in order and ready and we were told yes. To our surprise we arrive at the restaurant and they did not have anything ready. They didn't seem to know anything about the specifics of the reservation. And my whole party was already at the restaurant. They wanted to seat us at the area that we specifically requested we did not wanted. They seemed surprised as if nothing was told and explained to them ahead of time. The hostess was useless and we requested a manager. He did not do anything. Until a lady (blond hair) was nice and was able to accommodate us I believe she was a manager as well. We ended up sitting at the area we did not wanted. (No other table will accommodate that large of a party)but she was nice and we appreciated that. Thank goodness the food was delicious and the service impeccable Humberto took care of us. He was absolutely amazing. None of the managers visited our table and if it wasn't for Humberto our experience would have been horrible. I will never returned to that restaurant and I will make sure to let people know what they did. Completely unnaceptable.
Enjoyed the food and the Ambiance. It was a little busy and the waiters seemed overwhelmed. The BBQ Tray personal was good and highly recommend. You will not be disappointed when you eat here. kudos to the Chef.
The worst dinning experience ever…..even with the knowledge of a highchair needed they still at my family and I at a high top table. As I sat on a stool chair I had to feed my child reaching him to the floor in his highchair. They actually suggested to stack 3 highchairs in order for my child to reach our level, (high safety risk)! Our server was completely overwhelmed with our large party of 15 and never asked us for my drink order. Managers were in no worry to help any staff member and just stood around. Each Great American Steakhouse has its different menu. I was unaware as I ordered a dish I had at another location and got something different. When I reordered another dish I came so late that my whole family was done eating and I as forced to take my whole meal home to eat. Sadly I didn’t get the steak prepared as I wanted either. The baby changing station in the ladies restroom was broken and my baby was not comfortably laying down at a 90 degree angle but was more at a 130 degree angle. The restaurant wasn’t even at 100 percent capacity and yet the staff was no where organized. Do not go there!
I went to eat with my husband and I will say great American stake house has one of the best burgers in the area. Also the beans they serve you there are wonderful simply great. I like that they have tap beer and is also amazing and tasty! The reason I don’t give them 5 ? even if they are one of my favorites is because most of the time the tables are dirty and smell very rare. Also I wish they could have better options for drinks. But so far I recommend this restaurant.
I've been at this location three times now in the last 4-5 months. Food is great (always have the filet mignon), the establishment is very nice. The bad: everytime the service has been slow, took forever for a server to come to our table after we were seated, took forever for the drinks to come to our table. Aside from those little details, yeah I will come back, hope I have better luck with the service.
Very nice looking, but a little small though. Our server, Eric, was very nice. First thing, the bread. Not very good for a restaurant. The restaurant itself was very loud. Could barely keep conversation with noise from neighboring conversations, and music I could barely make out. The food came out in good time, it was cooked well, but completely bland. And our loaded baked potatoes had no butter?? Nothing made me say “wow”, or “Oh now that’s good”. I wouldn’t recommend this place as my first or second choice. Basic experience.
Wow, these guys are legit! I’m from out of town and came to pick up their 2 for $15 sandwich takeout deal. I asked for one of the sandwiches to have the bun on the side so I can warm it up to eat tomorrow. I’m a flight attendant and might not have time to stop for food tomorrow.He came out and had put the sauces in separate containers, fries in separate containers, and explained he also made sure there was ketchup, mustard and mayo packets in there. Now that is good service! Thanks so much!!Makes sense the restaurant was packed with people!
TERRIBLE!!! I cannot begin to describe my utter frustration and disappointment with this restaurant. I understand mistakes are made but the mistakes were compounded over the course of my visit. My father arrived 1 hour early to make reservations for about 15 guests. After an hour, tables were still not ready for a restaurant about 70% at capacity. The host gave many different updates that were actually false. When we finally sat down they were bar stools. The most uncomfortable seating- I am against any bar stool chairs. My sister had my nephew seated on a high chair while she was seated on the high bar stool. Our server gave the most lucid and ridiculous response. He stated to “stack high chairs so she can be at the same height” I told him it was the dumbest idea and totally unsafe! Most of my family never received enough menus for each person and only had water, until, we actually had to ask several times for a different drink. I ordered a 10oz top sirloin with mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese. We finally got bread after a long while and it was not even good. It was dry and not plentiful. The food arrived after 20-25 minutes. The server served my plate with one side dish overturned on the plate. Lack of decent presentation. The steak was so thin and massive it looked like the cooks butchered it by pounding it until it can be cooked relatively quick. My side dishes were tasteless and similar to what I can get at a chain-buffet restaurant. For the first time in many years I did not enjoy a steak dinner. All the meanwhile, I still had to ask for refills and other requests - including a steak knife, in which, was handed to me with the blade pointed at me. Definitely unnecessary. Most of my family members had complaints on the food and we spoke with the manager, Adrian. He stated that the staff got busy and there were multiple reservations which got them behind. For such a small steakhouse establishment I found it to be preposterous and just untrue. He seemed sympathetic but nothing was actually done to make it right. I only ate 1/3 of my food and definitely will be a forgettable experience. Just asking for the checks and the checkout process took incredibly long. I will make sure I never go back as many mistakes were compounded over and over again. The staff seemed inept, unprepared, and inexperienced. I will not see $67.82 again. Thank you but no thank you. One chance only!
I was told that they don’t accept reservations thru any sort of application. Luckily they where able to accommodate a table for us.
Horrible visit from service to delay in getting food and music being pumped into restaurant. No manager ever seen, won’t be back
